Score from 896 reviews Very good
The location of the hotel was a 10 minute walk from Charles Bridge. The staff at the front desk were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also good, you get quite a variety! The rooms were good, very big & also very clean. Wifi was great. I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely stay here again!
The lighting in the room was poor, but other then that, everything was great! :-)
Our 3rd floor room was very well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were invariably pleasant & helpful. The breakfast fare on offer was varied and of generally good quality. The location made getting to most other parts of Prague very easy.
They need to improve the standard of their coffee!

Nice hotel, nice staff
15 min walk from city center
Great location, close to the city center and Charles bridge. Room was spaceous and clean.
No air con
We loved how centrally located we were. It was an easy walk to the train station and to get around the main parts of the city that we wanted to explore. Friendly staff and clean accommodations really helped us enjoy our time in Prague.
the wifi was a little sparse in our room, you had to sit in one area to get good reception...
Hotel well located with well appointed room and very friendly and helpful staff
Breakfast was a bit of a scrum with inadequate number of tables and food quality was only adequate
Good location, close to old town
Couldn't find air condition in the room
Convenient location, good room and breakfast
There was no ventilation system in our room so we needed to sleep with the window open. The noise from the street below in the early hours of the morning made it, at times, difficult to sleep. It was only an occasional drink person, not a constant stream of them, fortubately, that woke us.
Small, basic room, but had everything we needed. Great location! Right next to u fleku breweryand waking distance to Charles bridge and the Old Town. Nice receptionists (hot!)
No remotes for turning on air conditioning, and was over 30 degrees. Grumpy cafe lady
Reasonable location with excellent free Wi- Fi. Good breakfast supplied in room rate and helpful staff booked tours for us and supplied set taxi rate to airport. They let us check in early which was very convenient for us.
Room size No fridge and mini bar No face washers supplied
The location. The people. The quietness. The cleanliness.
I did not ask for the aircon remote thinking that the weather was cool. But in reality when all windows are shut it needs air circulation. So i woke up each night sweating.
Friendliness at reception. Parking underneath the hotel: a must. Nice rooms.
Good location, very pleasant room, helpful staff.
Noise from the street late at night.
Good location, comfortable beds, nice large rooms.
No air conditioning, breakfast was not so good.
Great location, awesome buffet breakfast included and rooms were very clean and spacious
Wifi wasn't very good in our room
Staff is OK and polite. Breakfast is decent. Very clean.
There is a fair walking distance from the hotel to the old town and city centre.
Great place and a very large room. Clean. Nice staff
Breakfast room too small.
The manager was friendly!! A nice person The staff was helpful Teh hotel was clean
The toilet and the shower separated No conditioned air
Our room was on the fifth floor, and was 2 stories, with 2 beds on the first and 2 more up top. There was a balcony / terrace with a table and chairs accessible from upstairs, and it was absolutely beautiful!
They only gave one room key, which I found odd. The breakfast room was jam packed and the food was not very good. It felt like a bad college cafeteria
This was our first trip to Prague. We needed a little advice about how to get to some places and the staff were extremely helpful. The no. 14 tram is regular at the end of the street and this takes you to Wenceslas Square or to the riverside where you can change with many other trams to get to exactly where you want to go. Buy a 24hr. tram ticket from any newsagent. We really enjoyed the hotel.
Many taxi drivers who are sitting waiting for a pick-up in the city will try to rip you off. Stck to the trams. The 1 taxi we ordered from the hotel, by the hotel staff, was excellent and this was when we were starting our journey home.
Good location within easy reach of historic square and trams for further afield. Staff very helpful and eager to please. In an area where ther were plenty of bars and restaurants.
Lack of room in breakfast room and meant sharing tables.
The attic, the wooden floor.
The girl from the staff was a bit mean
