Very good access by the public transport, calm area almost in the center of the city.

No possibility to park a car. You have to leave the car at the edge of the city and come to the hotel by the public transport (the public transport is good)

We have used the hotel before which is an indicator that we like this hotel. The staff are helpul, consistent service, clean and location excellent.

Close to the city centre, nice, big and modern rooms, clean and quite. Parking is quite nearby.

Staff at reception could be more friendly and smily. Breakfast could be improved.

The standard of cleanliness was excellent; the room we had for 3 people was a great size and the bathroom too - also very little sound could be heard from the bathroom when it was in use. The temperature in the room was perfect; not too warm or cold. Breakfast was excellent - a very wide variety of choice. The staff in the hotel were very polite and helpful generally although staff on the desk were often slow to acknowledge visitors standing at the desk with a query and one member of the staff in the breakfast room was very rude when one of our party used a knife from the place setting next to hers as her own knife had already been used and there did not seem to be any spare knives. The staff member on the bar was extremely friendly and polite whenever we ordered tea from her.

The shower attachment broke whilst we were there and it was obviously an old fault but it was sorted out straight away.

My room had a bath, and a lovely bathroom, the windows open out wide. The staff were happy to help. Breakfast was great (if you werent a veggie), rooms were quiet, obviously thicker walls that most hotels. Clean, tidy, great bar to meet friends in. Free wifi - brilliant!

Veggie options for food was limited. Lack of English speaking channels on tv, only bbc world news and cnn, but to be honest, its not that important.

The amenities of the hotel are appropiate. The hotel is walkable to most of the attraction of Prague...no more than 20 minutes to everywhere. It is clean, the breakfats is good and rooms are confortable. Good value for money.

breakfast not great - pasta,rice,vegetables etc, would prefer more pastries, proper sausages/bacon etc

Quite good position,nice room and bathroom,great breakfast.

Reception staff incompetent,very bad isolation between walls. Cleaning staff took our towels away and did not bring clean ones.

Relation between price and offered comfor

The worst hotel I have ever been, unfriendly staff at reception and in the breakfast room. Position was excellent.

-the whole hotel smelt like cleaning product (savo) when we arrived -the walls are extremelly thin -room rate blocking on the credit card for weeks prior arrival
