The service provided by this hotel was good.
I don't like the shared bedroom.
The staff was really good and helpful. Beds are seperated but comfortable. Bathroom was clean enough although the place is a little bit old. It's in a safe district and there is a bar 10 meters away from the hostel.
It's in a safe district but a little bit far from city centre. If you like walking like me and my girlfriend you should walk around 30 minutes. After a long day around the city this might be a little bit hard for you. Also even it's in a safe place, you should pass under a bridge that's not a safe place or pass around a park or through a park. Park is very big and people relaese their dogs. Ones who are afraid of dogs will have bad times. To add, shower apparats in bathrooms should be renewed.
Nice staff Comfortable beds Very clean Close to transport
Climbing the mountain Lack of a fridge
The room is very small, the air in the room is bad.
Good location, spacious and clean room, nice and helpful stuff
-close to the old town -really cheap -great local pubs in the neighberhood -close to the bus station and train station -you will get password to enter the building so you don't have to come back early -you can easily communicate in English -there was only one bathroom on the floor, but there was 3 toilets and 3 showers so it wasn't crowded and there is a sink in every room
-we got the room on the 4th floor, under the roof so it was really hot there -we could open the window only a bit so there wasn't any air flow
The staff is good and the room is very clean. This hostel is very close to the attrations and main railray station.
The location is a little bit hard to get. It's would be easy if you search it by GoogleMap.
Good location, nice patio inside. Really nice staff, helped us a lot!
Reception was not 24h open.
Very affordable, place to park
No hot water, doors makes too much noise, old lady in the breakfast room watching over what you take on the plate
Location close to train station Walking distance to city centre Wonderful landlady Good price
"Poor" neighbourhood Didn't feel safe when walking outside Place is worn down
Well, for this money we didn't expect much. We arrived at 10.30 p.m. but the receptionist was still there, he was very nice and answered all the questions. There was a wash stand in the room.
The room is very small, and there was no shower in the room (as indicated in the description). But we didn't expect that we wouldn't have any towels! We had to go to sleep without taking shower, because of this! The walls are apparently made of thin paper. A noisy family lived in the next room, and unfortunately they wanted to listen to music at about 1 a.m. This was quite annoying. Another disadvantage - there is no lift,.
the staff was responsive, available and nice. our room was spatious, we had 3 beds for 2 people, therefore we could put our things on the third bed. there was a sink in the room, and a coat hanger. it took us 15 min by foot to get to the old town, and we walked through a big park. free wifi, really good connection we didn't eat breakfast there, but it did look good and fulfilling. quiet and clean, quite secure. we left our valuables in the deposit box at the reception and we took it back after 3 days without any hasle. security cameras, code to enter the building, keys to enter our rooms. we did get towels, free of charge! and there was no extra hidden cost either.
I didn't like their lock system. we had to lock ourselves with a key every night and I find it dangerous. (what if there's a fire and we can't find the key in the dark). I think they should install a different locking mechanism that does't require a key to lock ourselves from the inside. the street was noisy at night (till 1.00am), and the sun beamed into the room in the moring because there were no blinds. I suggest you bring ear plugs and a sleeping mask if you want to rest well. overall, it was a good experience!
Clean rooms and Nice atmosphere
We arrived at 23.15. We were afraid that we don't inhabit. But we got a room. Russian-speaking personal. Big room (our room for 3 person, but we lived together.
Far from the center. No towels.
Good for the money we paid. The bathrooms were always cleaned and the room was quite good
Poor wifi signal in the room. We tried to use the paid computer internet and it was even worst. So, we stayed at the reception to get a better wifi signal and the staff lady expelled us from there. The reception was always closed and this is not very receptive. Not very well located. It is not very far from the centre, but you have to take a tram to go, because you have to cross a strange viaduct to get to the pension.
- price - clean room - great place to spend few nights if you want to visit the city - close to Tesco express - close to Train Central Station and one tram stop to Metro - possibility to check-in earlier or check-out later by email contact
-very small room - you can hear a neibhour from the other room
Very friendly staff who speak excellent English. Clean rooms, prompt responses to inquiries and needs.
A little noisy because of the way the doors slam shut in the building. The street is residential but quite busy with deliveries and people, but that is to be expected.
Good breakfast. Nice dinningroom.
The price is cheap according to this hostel, The facilities are correct and the room is not small, beds are confortable. The location is near the center at 10 min walking from the metro Muzeum but the turn back from the center is hard if you have gone to some pubs. The neiborhood is very nice, there are old elegant buildings.
The acoustic insulation is not good.
There is no public parking over there and if you want to leave the car in the patio of the hotel, you can't come back later than 11pm or else there is no one at the reception to open the parking gates ...
