Pension Ametyst  

With no Hotels anywhere close to the Rail Station, this location was an excellent choice. Just catch the Bus from the Rail Station (there is only one) two stops to the Cesky Krumlov Spicak stop. Here you get off the Bus and go up to the overpass. This is Latran Street and you turn right through the town gate with the Pension located about 200 metres from the overpass. There are also some basic cooking facilities available. Only about a 10 minute walk to the old town & castle. Was good value for the money.

Great place, great room at a good price. Scrambled eggs were fab. Unwound definitely stay there again. Friendly staff

It was just so so.

If I go the city again , I would stay other accomodations near the main plaza.

1) Great and polite owner (willing to open door for us when we arrived late in mid-night as he is not living in the pension and needs to drive there). 2) Clean 3) Nice home-made breakfast in room. 4) Free Wifi in room

Hotel staff helped us to organize our transportation to vienna. She was very kind and helpful.

Had to carry our suitcase all the way to the 2nd floor.

The room was a suite. Nice surprise! They brought our breakfast up to us promptly at the requested time. The hotel was nice and quite though it was in "old town".

Breakfast was very very nice. Staff was helpful when you could find them.

The toilet was loose and rocked and made loud thumps when you sat down. The staff was hard to find. And one day they left the food tray in the room practically all day and did not make the bed up that day. Finally, they use a bottom sheet on the bed that only covers from edge to edge the top of the mattress. There is nothing to keep the sheet in place and it moves, leaving you sleeping on the bed pad.

The room was amazing, like a loft room and all very decorative with candles and ornaments and list of unusual lights. Breakfast was served in the room, and our room which was the deluxe could easily house a family with two kids easy. There was a room and then sitting area, large bathroom and balcony. Very close to everything though it's a bit hard to be far away from anything in cesky krumlov. Advertised wifi on room but that was not the case.

The overall service is good and value for money in view of family run business. However, it's good to consider some local snacks for breakfast and arrange to be served in the garden area.

Not practical for big suitcase and people with wheelchair as there's no lift.

Helpful staff, delicious breakfast, fine decoration inside room, nearby bus station and very much space inside room.

Location in the oldest street of the town. Attentive staff. At the check-in we joked that would like some beer for breakfast, and we got it! Delicious breakfast is served in the room. Warm family atmosphere.

More or less everything, clean room on the ground floor as requested,very nice hot breakfast served in the room at your chosen time, friendly and helpful hostess.Great location , only few steps from Cesky Krumlov castle and old town.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was included in the rate and it was excellent, fresh and sufficient. The location is great within walking distance of main areas. Very kind and helpful owner. All in all, a very good value for money. I strongly recommend the place for all those who want to enjoy a short stay in this amazing town.
