The hotel is made from early centry by woods, modern toilet but bed room is tradisonal.The hotel is near castle just 5 min walk The seroundding is very nice a lot shop, bar and eating. Lady young owner is helpful and she have sell handmade things and very nice.I will stay agian if I cpme back again in Cesky Krumlov.

Drunker made noise from the bar nearby, wake us up at midnight and continue....

The room was comfortable, cosy and well decorated. The communal area had a table with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. The location was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Great, characterful place to stay in centre of Cesky Krumlov. Room full of character and charm. Very bright and cheerful. Very clean and mostly very quiet during my stay. Free wifi throughout. I would consider staying here again.

Some minor quibbles: - check-in was only between 13.00 and 19.00. This worked for me but if you want to check in outside of these times, you'd have to pay an extra €4. Strange - room was quiet during my stay but some reviews I had read on this indicated that there could a lot of noise from the street, even during night. I was there mid-winter so there were not many around but in busy periods, I'd say location could be noisy. - place was locked up after 19.00. After that time, to go in an and out, it was complicated process of opening and locking three sets of doors between room and street. - room was on second floor with no lift - steep stairs. Not really a problem for me but I could see it could be for some.

It was very friendly. There is a kind host who speaks english very well. She recommended two restaurant and we enjoed both. All the stuff like refrigeratos, washong machine, kitchenware is well prepared.

I was expected double room but the beds were twin.

hostel owner is a nice lady with very kind heart and cute English. stuff in her store is also awesome and she gives 10% discount for who stays at her hostel.

At the foot of castle, close to everywhere owner is a very lovely & helpful lady clean room and bathroom its perfect! And dont forget to buy those paintings that you find everywhere in the pension. They are so lovely!!

The rooms have characters. Although the owner described it to be 'very old' I found the room very very clean and rather charming! The bathroom is very decent, it's massive and again very very clean! The rooms share a common area where you can make tea/coffee and there is also a room that's equipped with a fridge and a washing machine. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

This might sound hilarious and this is definitely not a bad thing, but at over 5' 8" I still find the toilet in my bathroom rather high....?! I had to tiptoe!!

Great atmosphere - above a small shop. Comfy bed, small and cozy room. The highlight for us was the shared area - a small table and lots of nice cups and plates to use, microwave etc which makes you feel at home.

Be aware of the steep stairs to the rooms - not a problem if you're fit. very very cold toilet seat

You'll find it cosy and comfortably furnished. the hostess is courteous and beautiful. just a advice to you: to take a suitcase with you to CK is really awful.

Kitchen is very basic, but in Chesky crumlove you probablt will go out to try those nice food and beer !

The location is excellent. It is convenient to go anywhere in the town. The receptionist is kind and nice, who speaks English well. And the price is ok.

No elevator. The room is quite small. Painful to reach pension with my luggage (gip) since the road is "rocky road"

1. The hotel was without a lift and we had to climb up (with luggage) to the second floor using a narrow staircase, which was bit difficult for us, specifically for my parents. But one of the hotel-staffs helped us to carry few bags. Probably adding a lift to such a heritage building is very difficult.

The owner is very nice. Refrigerator, microwave, internet access, wash machine... Very good location.

Very difficult to sleep. Noise from the street late at night. Also no blackout in windows, clarity gets inside the room early in the morning.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Location was really great, close to all main attractions of Cesky Krumlov. The room was very clean, decorated in old style and with a character. Special thanks to the hostess Dagmar. She was very helpful and friendly.

The pension is located right next to the bridge to the castle but it's perfectly quiet at any time of the day. The entrance is through the shop run by the same ladies who own the pension, there is, naturally, no lift. Our room was quite small (it's a historical building after all) but very charming. The facilities were excellent. It's a non-smoking pension, but it's possible to smoke in the attic. The owner was friendly and helpful. Very good value for money, highly recommended.

Very cosy, friendly and lovely place. The owner (a lady) was extremely helpful. I also love the gift shop she owns downstairs.
