Very good Hotel for this Price. The location is excellent, it's close to everything. There is reserved parking place in front of the hotel.

Central location.

The location is quite good and the hotel was quiet, with comfortable beds and an excellent shower. The breakfast was good and in a charming cellar/cave, which is a great feature of many Pilsen venues. The staff were very nice. If a person is interested in television, that is more than adequate as well. Bring your own hair dryer. The price is terrific and I will absolutely stay there any time I'm in Pilsen.

There's no telephone in the room, but there is free wifi, so it's really no problem. There's no elevator but there are only three floors so that's also not a problem except for a handicapped person. The rooms are small, but you shouldn't be in Pilsen to stay in your room all day anyway. They'd already run out of parking, so that was a tad inconvenient but not on the level of a "problem."

We change room reservation,right after we booked it in March.The change was not done,we got the same original room without toilet,After some negotiations and showing email confirmation we got the room we reserved second time.

it is really close to the square-just around the corner, and close to the railway station-15 mins walk. the staff are very friendly and the place is clean and warm. and it's quiet during the night

Very close too the city centre and brewery museums. Supermarket a short walk away. Parking available.

Very friendly staff, great place to stay old town house with such a lovely character, especially breakfast area very diffrent. Also just behind a conner Brewery museum and city centre to explore. We had double room including shower-WC. Very clean.

The previous guests must have been smoking and I hadn't realised prior to my trip that the loo was on the corridor.

Staff was very nice and helpful, always with a smile and ready to help, very communicative. Location is excellent, just about 100 metres from the Beer Museum, and not too far from Republic Square. About 20 minutes walk from the train station (1,5 Km) which is a nice walk and crossing the river is also nice. Quite easy to find the place. The city is quiet, we were there for the Europa League game, so we had some noise on that night but nothing too much, it is part of the environment.

rather shabby. no lift. narrow, spiral staircase. lighting of stairs wasn't working and there was very little light from the hallways.

It is a very friendly little Pesion in the most beautiful part of the city and is located very close to everything you have come to the city to see/do.

If I had to find something it would be the bed...not the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in, but that wasin my room, don't know about other rooms.

The location is very good. Plzen beer factory is far from Pension city about 10min on foot, City center 5min and famous restraunt 3min.

Economy room doesn't has toliet so we used outside toliet. It is the problem that the toliet is not clean, smell is not good and uncomfortable to use.

Very friendly and helpful guys running it. Window opened up to view of a nice green park. Good breakfasts in a cute little basement room.. Wifi worked. Liked the strange padded doors. Nothing fancy here, but Enjoyed my stay.

Had sink and shower but my toilet was down the hall.... Altho it was my own private key-locked toilet.

A very pleasant place to stay. Not a large hotel but perfectly nice. Excellent location close to the city but I found the street network around the hotel a little bit confusing when trying to find the place, walking from the train station. A tram passes very close to the hotel but everything was so close that I didn't use it. I was in a good sized single room on the first floor. Nice, typically Czech breakfast.

There was a 3% extra charge for paying with a credit card, and I was a little bit confused about whether it would be cheaper to pay in Euros or Czech currency - I paid in Euros.

Excellent location in downtown Plzen, very qualified and friendly staff, generous breakfast!

Personal was very nice. Very good breakfast. Quiet hotel. But worn-out madrasses.
