Hotel location, condition (newly renovated) and cleanliness & comfort of our new room. Owners were very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was very good and in a very comfortable room. All was great! |

The hotel was neat and tidy and in a good location. The breakfasts were good. Closing of gates after 10pm - an arrangement should be made with guests. The satellite TV was not working and all these facilities should be checked prior to arrival. |

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The breafast was excellent. It was a short walk through a park to the old town of Budweis. The hotel is on a busy street that is loud for the rooms on the street side, when the windows are open. They have sound proof windows, so it is quiet when the windows are closed. Ideal are the rooms on the courtyard side. |

Location is great, right off main road & can easily walk into the town center, no need for car or public transportation. Lovely bike/walking path right next to hotel. Free parking, adequate breakfast. Room was small but comfortable, newly renovated with new furnishings/bathroom. Felt completely safe walking back at night. Warning: lots of stairs! We were on the top floor, 4 flights up. Had an overnight bag so could keep luggage in car trunk. |

centro vicino con bella passeggiata nel verde, buona colazione, parcheggio sicuro e gratuito letti separati invece di matrimoniali, assenza ascensore, fattura non emessa anche se richiesta, vicinanza strada di grande traffico = rumore con finestre aperte, difficile trovare l'hotel causa pessime indicazioni |

Das Gesamtbild im Allgemeinen und die sehr bemühten Wirtsleute haben mir gut gefallen. Die Pension ist frisch renoviert, sehr schön. Die Lage direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse, beim nächsten Mal buche ich ein in Richtung Park gelegenes Zimmer. |
