La proximité du centre ville, env. 10 minutes à pied dans un beau parc. La place de parc gratuite et fermée la nuit. Un peu dur dur de monter à pied au 4ème étage avec les bagages..... |

Clean and good value for money, staff helpfull and friendly. arrived around 9pm, and was unable to get anything to eat or drink, as the hotel had "closed" for the night, no where local open so had to drive to tescos to get something to eat. ended up having to eat in the carpark as were not allowed to talk in our hotel room. |

Hotel location, condition (newly renovated) and cleanliness & comfort of our new room. Owners were very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was very good and in a very comfortable room. All was great! |

The hotel was neat and tidy and in a good location. The breakfasts were good. Closing of gates after 10pm - an arrangement should be made with guests. The satellite TV was not working and all these facilities should be checked prior to arrival. |

The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The breafast was excellent. It was a short walk through a park to the old town of Budweis. The hotel is on a busy street that is loud for the rooms on the street side, when the windows are open. They have sound proof windows, so it is quiet when the windows are closed. Ideal are the rooms on the courtyard side. |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sauber. Zimmer im 3. Stock - eher klein bzw. Badezimmer sehr, sehr klein. Die anderen Badezimmer sind hoffentlich größer!? |

Prinzipiell hat uns die Pension recht gut gefallen, vor allen die Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums und trotzdem im Grünen. Lage direkt an der Hauptdurchzugsstraße in Budweis - hohe Lärmbelästigung. |

L'arredamento era nuovo e tutto era molto pulito, la colazione abbondante ed il personale gentile. La posizione dell'hotel proprio sulla strada non è delle migliori, noi non abbiamo avuto problemi essendo in un periodo di vacanza, non so con più traffico o dovendo tenere le finestre aperte (assenza condizionamento aria) |

Schoon, vriendelijk, mooie kamers, dichtbij centrum, goede en veilige parkeermogelijkheid op afgesloten parkeerplaats. Mede reisgenoot vertrok een dag eerder, haar boeking op latste dag kon niet ongedaan worden gemaakt omdat Booking.com geen toegang gaf tot de reservering omdat die 'in het verleden lag'. |
