Отдыхали с друзьями и маленькими детьми. Приветливый персонал, говорящий на русском. Очень милый городок не только для зимнего отдыха, но и для летних прогулок. Отель в самом центре города. Недалеко Динопарк для детей (на территории Польши). Напротив отеля батут и прочие спортивные развлечения для детей от 120 см - дети были в восторге. В отеле есть бар с очень демократичными ценами. Отельный привет Петро от компании из Москвы :) Напротив ресторан с видом на горы.

De locatie is super! Als je uit bed valt, sta je zo goed als op de ski-piste. Ideaal voor kinderen is de slee-weide voor de deur. Het pension is erg Tsjechisch, maar qua schoonmaak laat het wel erg te wensen over. Trek vooral niet een kussen van de bank, want je weet niet wat je aan gaat treffen. Verder is het personeel in het pension niet erg spraakzaam of vriendelijk ogend. Heb ze gelukkig niet nodig gehad...

Отдыхали с друзьями и детьми. Понравилась бесплатная стоянка. Отель удобно расположен как для путешественником на авто, так и для самостоятельной прогулки по городу - остановка трамвая недалеко от отеля.

Bardzo miła obsługa ; pensjonat w centrum miasta ;200m od wyciągu krzesełkowego i 50m od "oślej łączki z talerzykiem" ; bardzo dobre ; duże i urozmaicone śniadania; doskonała cena zakwaterowania ; Polecamy wszystkim.

W harrachovie przebywałem kilkakrotnie w różnych hotelach I pensjonatach. Jednak co do jakości obsługi hotelowej ten był rewelacyjny. Personel hotelu jest naprawdę na medal. Pomocny w kazdym calu ... mówiący dość dobrze po polsku. Szczególnie starsza Pani w recepcji I miła obsługa restauracji. Pokoje były przyjemne I dosć czyste. Spory jak na sąsiednie pensjonaty parking samochodowy mieszczący sie w tylnej części obiektu. Możliwość opłaty w gotówce lokalnej czk jak I Euro. Zapewne można ten obiekt polecić innym ..... Może drobne szczegóły jak np. Jeden ręcznik na osobę. Brak przyborów toaletowych ( mydła szamponu itp).... I jeszcze jedno: na kartach inforamcyjnych w pokojach jest mylne hasło dostępu do WiFi. Dopiero konsultacja z kelnerem w restauracji pozwoliła prawidłowo korzystać z internetu. I kwestia uregulowania podatku klimatycznego w cenie 1 euro za dobę od osoby. Pomimo wyrażnego wpisu na rachunku booking. Com że podatek jest uregulowany nakazano dopłatę tegoż. Ogolnie jednak nie miało to wielkiego wpływu na decyzję aby zostać w tym pensjonacie stałym klientem.

Einfache Ausstattung, zweckmäßig, freundliches Personal. Leicht staubig, ältere Ausstatung, Kinder schlafen auf älteren Sofateilen, keine richtigen Betten.

Es ist eine nette kleine Pension.Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.Die Inhaber waren sehr freundlich.Preis/Leistung war völlig in Ordnung.Wir würden wieder dort buchen,gerne auch über 'Booking.com'. Alles super.

Lage ist gut für Wintersport. Rezeption gut besetzt und freundlich. Räumlichkeit ist ausreichend für zwei Personen.Parkplatz war gut und geräumt. Kurze Wege mit Gepäck.Ski-Raum vorhanden und verschließbar. Frühstück war dem Preis angepasst, einfach aber ausreichend. Küchenzeile ist begrüßenswert. Heizung I.O. Mehr Aufmerksamkeit der Betreiber zum Zustand ist wünschenswert. Kein Toilettenpapierhalter, wie auch keine Handtuchhalter,zwei kleine Handtücher wurden gestellt, auf Nachfrage gab es noch ein Badetuch, tv nicht funktionsfähig U. der freundliche Herr erklärte, keine Ahnung zu haben.Der Kühlschrank war defekt, der kleine Würfel war knapp für das Kühlgut,

Die zentrale Lage und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Für ein Wochenende war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut und die Zimmergröße o.k. Will man Skiurlaub machen, ist es mit 3 Personen in dem Zimmer mit Zustellbett zu eng. Das Wasser war stark chlorhaltig. Leider gab es keine Duschhandtücher.
