The location is by one lift but far from everything else, it's a problem if you don't bring a car. The ski bus service was cancelled and no one announced this and the hotel staff were not aware. We were not prepared for this and they did not offer us any help even though we took their two largest rooms for a whole week. (Finally, on our second day, after two hours of waiting, they offered to call a taxi from 20 kilometers away). The staff, an elderly couple, usually stayed in their private apartment and could not be found -- usually no one at reception. They speak only Czech and a tiny bit of German. The rooms were clean when we arrived but the garbage was never emptied for the entire week, it was overflowing in both rooms by the time we left. And someone else's old food was left in the minifridge. For the sauna you have to pay extra. Finally, the wifi was not working off and on throughout our stay. Overall, nice IF you bring your own car and food.
The pension is new and very nice inside. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is nice and the breakfast was good although nothing hot is provided. There is a small playroom for children inside, good when they are cold after skiing. The location is great if you bring your own car and food (no shop, only one restaurant).
