This small and modern guest house is in the ski resort of Rokytnice nad Jizerou, in the Liberec region. Facilities include a sauna and a restaurant. Wi-Fi is free of charge. A flat-screen satellite TV is available in all rooms at Pension Troll. Each room includes a modern bathroom with a glass shower cabin. Toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided. Nowy zadbany obiekt, bardzo czysto, ciepło I przytulnie, duże wygodne łóżko. śNiadania może troszkę mało zróżnicowane ale smaczne I świeże. śWietny ski room z suszarkami, bezproblemowa obsługa. Nie mam czego się przyczepić

Bardzo czysty, przyjazny Gościom pensjonat. Przestronne pokoje, brakowało stolika ale wieczorem dostępna jest jadalnia do "posiedzenia"

Ontvangst en vertrek begeleiding door mederwerkers. Parkeergelegenheid. Schoonhouden kamers, verwisselen van handdoeken moesten we om vragen. Overdag was er niemand aanwezig. Geen mogelijkheid om ergens te kunnen zitten op conforabele stoelen. Niet binnen en niet buiten.

Nieuw en modern hotel Het was jammer dat wij de enige gasten waren. Hierdoor waren er geen faciliteiten zoals bar en restaurant open, geen sauna. Elke ochtend kwam er iemand om het ontbijt voor ons klaar te zetten. Dit was echter super, een geheel buffet voor ons tweetjes.

It's a newly built place so the decor is fresh. A pleasant lady called Wendy who seemed flexible and accommodating of our requests. The male owner/manager was incredibly rude and provided us with a very poor customer service - for this reason we will not come back to this hotel and won't recommend it to anyone. Monotonous breakfast. The hotel bar/restaurant was closed and the hotel had not informed us about it before we arrived. There was no way to get a hot drink in the hotel after a day of skiing. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms even though we enquired about it.

Dobry standard pensjonatu, świetne stoki ale jak ktoś nie jeździ na nartach lepiej nie jechać Niemiła obsługa pensjonatu Troll, poza jeżdżeniem na nartach nie ma co robić

Die Pension Troll ist 100% weiterzuempfehlen. Sehr schöne, sehr saubere und moderne Zimmer, ein tolles Frühstücksangebot, nette und sehr bemühte Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Rezerwacja przez booking jest droższa niż dokonywana bezpośrednio u właścicieli ( przelicznik euro do korony wyjątkowo niekorzystny). Rezerwacja przez booking nie uwzględnia zniżek dla dzieci: płaci się za pokój dla 4 osób, choć dwie z nich to dzieci. W tym samym czasie co my, były tez osoby z Polski, które rezerwowaly nocleg bez pośrednictwa booking w takim samym pokoju co my I mieli uwzględnione zniżki dla dzieci do 12 lat. Pensjonat bez zarzutów, aczkolwiek drogi.
