Staff spoke excellent English. Not a speck of dust to be found. All requests were attended to immediately. My wife had special food needs and Martina went out of her way to research the requirements on the computer and surprised her with a few alternatives she could eat. There was nothing one could complain about and we would highly recommend a stay to friends and family.

Świeżo wyremontowany hotelik w samym sercu Ołomuńca, kilka kroków do rynku, z własnym parkingiem, przemiłą i pomocną obsługą. W pokoju czysto, dostępne wszelkie udogodnienia, wi-fi. Warto wykupić śniadanie (kilka zestawów do wyboru, podawane na umówioną godzinę). Samo miasto przeurocze, byliśmy tam już drugi raz, warto odwiedzić.

расположение в историческом центре, магазины и достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. нормальный интернет. нет лифта. кухня, ванная и туалет - последовательно расположены друг за другом, чтобы посетить туалет, надо пройти через крохотную кухню, потом через ванную. свет в кухне и ванной включается автоматически, между кухней и одной из спален стеклянная стена. ночью это может быть проблемой, идущий в туалет будит спящих в малой спальне. нет полотенцесушителя. ручка на входной двери находится настолько близко к косяку, что открывая и закрывая двери, можно травмировать пальцы.

Velice jsem ocenila milý a vstřícný přístup personálu, moderní ubytování v historické budově v opravdu perfektní lokalitě ani ne 5 min pěšky od centra města. Dále klid bezprostředního okolí.

понравилось соотношение цена/качество, удобное расположение отеля, транспортная доступность и вежливость персонала видимо я не очень привередливый посетитель, поэтому придраться особо не к чему, все, что должно было работать, работало хорошо, за исключением пожалуй холодильника, он периодически самопроизвольно отключался.

местоположение - хорошо Отель в плохом состоянии - обвалившаяся штукатурка, выпавшая плитка. Очень скромный интерьер. Парковка очень сложная - машина въезжает в каменные ворота с запасом по 3 см с боков - не каждый въедет

Położenie - tuż przy Rynku i bardzo blisko od najciekawszych miejsc. Na stronie hotelu brak jest informacji o dużym ruchu ulicznym ( tramwaje od świtu do późnego wieczora) w pokojach położonych od strony frontowej.

Umístění Penzionu je fajn, do centra opravdu kousek a z pemzionu je cítit, že je to vkusná přestavba měšťanského domu s pěknými historickými detaily..

персонал-все четко и без задержек. все нужные документы в день заявки.большой и просторный номер.чисто,красиво и в центре. уборка и стирка за отдельную плату,невысокую,но все же об этом не сказано в рекламе.

Ze jsme si sami mohli delat snidane Pamatny dum, Charme Kostel Sv. Kopecek mel na webu udaj, ze v pondeli odpoledne otevreno (info na recepci pensionu). Kdyz jsme tam prijeli, na kostele cedule ZAVRENO. Proc nedaji aktuelni info na web?
