Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and modern.

Great location almost on the main square. Great value for money.

The breakfast was just plain mediocre. Was expecting a little bit more diverse one.

Good location and good room for the price.

My room was fairly big and there were also cooking facilities in the room so I cooked my own dinner. In the morning, you don't have to go to a breakfast room, the fresh bread is delivered to you at 7 am and you can have your breakfast conveniently in your own room while reading your emails (thanks to a good quality free wifi:-)

The staff is there only until 7 pm. If you go for a walk in the evening and forget to take your keys then you can't get back to our room/house...

It was very close to the city center and the room was spacious.

The sheets were not that clean, the toilet was dirty.

The location was in the centre of Brno Felt very safe with the 3 locks to get into my room Fresh bread on the door each morning and cheese and ham in fridge each day was a bonus

great location, the accommodation is really nice and you can have your breakfast in your room.

the neighborhood is quite noisy at night. lot of drunken people wander around along the street at very late time. Just don't go back to the hotel too late, for your safety.

The staff speak very good English, they are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is always fresh and ready, the room is so clean and nice and the location is just perfect!

The lift just reaches the middle floors, so with heavy luggage it's a bit inconvenient to use the stairs.

A few problems with leaking showers. Breakfast arrangements are a bit strange. More things appeared of the things we did not eat but the things consumed were not replaced also not enough tea or coffee and no milk. Also short of cutlery.

Liquid soap was holder was not there in the bathroom and we had go ask the hotel staff to provide soap gel.

Initially the 3 keys (front door, floor access, room) were confusing, but once you orientate yourself this is not a problem at all. Very comfortable and great location.

The only downside is the noise from the street well into the wee hours.

The receptionist was very helpful and spoke great English to help with all our queries.

British hordes of screaming drunks kicking throughout the night in the doors. In the evening, at midnight and in the morning.

Loved having a kitchen and breakfast delivered to the room.

It wasn't well stocked. No iron and hardly any cooking or cleaning or utensils in the kitchen - made it kind of unusable. There were two plates, two mugs, a pan, and forks and knives (the basics) - but no real knives, cutting boards, etc. let alone sponges and soap or paper towels to clean up with.

We got even more than expected for our money. Location is perfect (one minute walk from city center). Rooms are clean and cozy, with modern interior. Staff and service are amazing. First we got room with separated beds but they found a double bed room for us without a problem. And of course free breakfast in your room and fresh bread every morning are definitely highlight and a surprise. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The receptionist was very friendly and provided us with all necessary informations. Breakfast was perfect. The location of the penzion in the heart of Brno is great, everything can be reached easily in walking distance. I will definitely come back next time!

Wifi did not work. During the night you hear sounds from the street, which is, of course,normal when you book a room in the city center :-)

Location in city centre

The hotel was 200 yards from the main square in Brno.

The hotel staff were really unco-operative when dealing with check in times after 1900 which was due to flight delays. The room was a bit grubby but comfortably in every way apart from the fact that it was above bars and restaurants. This meant that the room smelt badly of cooking and the street it overlooks was very noisy until about 4am! I would not recommend this accomodation and advise that if you could stretch to the extra few quid do it and stay somewhere else in Brno like the VV hotel or the Royal Ricc. The best part of our experience with the Pension na Dvorakove was that they ordered us a taxi to the airport!

The hotel is in a perfect location right few steps from the main square. I've been assigned a really big room, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed for my stay. The staff was really kind and helpful and made me check-in before 14 even if I should have waited that time to go in. Totally recommended!

The pub in the street just under the hotel is a bit noisy during the night but it's not that big issue!

Location is fantastic, staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Rolls on the door handle was great, we got fresh cheese, ham, pepperoni and yogurts each day for breakfast and snacks.
