Cancellation
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage, die Zimmer frisch renoviert und die Kommunikation mit dem Personal klappte einwandfrei, obwohl wir kaum ein Wort tschechisch sprechen. Obwohl wir relativ spät kamen, wurde bei unserer Ankunft erst einmal versucht, die Badlampe zu wechseln, diese ging trotz mehrerer Versuche nach ca.10 min. immer aus. Das Bad wurde danach nicht gereinigt, deshalb Sauberkeit nur "mittel". Der Rest war o.k. Wenn man keine gehobene deutsche Hotelstandarts erwartet, kann man dort sehr angenehm wohnen. |

de ligging de vinbaarheid van jhet hotel, de plaats heeft maar een straatverdeeld over de hele stad en de huisnummering is chaotisch, vandaar zeer moeilijk vindbaar. |

het personeel met name Pavel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het ontbijt was ook oke. de matrassen .Zijn eigenlijk ook geen matrassen maar dunne mousse en zo 2 op mekaar.Denk dat ze daar toch moeten in investeren. |
