Price, cleanlines, comfort, wifi. Reasonably close to the centre and nextdoor to our local friend. Kitchen has good equipment. The owner allowed us to stay in the kitchen after checkout, use internet and have tea.

We always had to phone-call to reach the reception (the owner). The mattresses are a little lower in the middle part, still quite comfortable, but only 90% on my scale.

Very friendly owner who spoke English. Quiet location that's easily walkable into Cesky Krumlov (though you'll have a hill!). Having the kitchen available is a real plus. Very quiet, and our room looked out at the river. This place was excellent on a budget.

Its a fifteen minute downhill walk from the bus station however a CK 80 taxi is well worth it. Well appointed rooms and ensuite. shared kitchen (you can store food in the fridge and facilities are good enough if you want to cook). It is in a quaint cobbled steet, turn left out of the pension and 5-7 minute walk to the first bridge to the old centre. Best of both worlds - away from the crowds but close the all the attractions. Definately would stay again.

Intermittent wifi. Occasional inconsiderate loud person going past in the early hours of the morning but that is the nature of the street architecture (amplifies sound). Peaceful 95% of the time. However we cant say it was a problem. No hairdrier but plenty of power sockets.

1. Charlie, the owner/ manager. He went far and beyond his way to help us with part of our travel logisitics. As we encountered obstacles he helped us to get over them with his unending efforts. His personal commitment to us as guests was amazing! 2. Charlie also put together breakfast and coffee for us to have early the next morning since we left before the regular bkfst hours - delicious bkfst, too. 3. Clean, efficient, large room. 4. Near the Rome airpor5. Location: I can't say I liked it or didn't as we came at night and left before dawn. Have heard that there are many good restuartants withing walking distance.

Overall, this is a good place, but not outstanding. It's a fine place, but you can do marginally better if you look around. Pros: Great bathroom. New tile and big shower. The place was very clean and there was good-looking decor. Wifi worked fine in the room.

Cons: To get here from the train station, you have a long walk plus a hike up a LONG flight of stairs, then back down a hill. So both ways you have to huff your baggage over the hill. Also, check out is 10am, so be prepared to leave early. Bring your cell phone with you. The management is not there. They want you to call when you arrive. Breakfast is not included. For my second night, I went to Penzion Amedeus and found it a little better. The people were friendlier and breakfast was included for the same price (and it was a good breakfast). Amedeus is about the same distance from the train station and the center of town, but you don't have to go over that damn hill. The downside of Amedeus is the shower is microscopic.

The room is gorgous and the price is great. Though the location lf the hotel is not far from the city center but there is quite a long distance to the bus station if you reach there on foot.

The Pension was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It was built into the hill and felt air conditioned due to the stone structure. The inside was completely remodeled with all of the modern comforts. Cesky Krumlov is a jewel of town and I would highly recommend it.

It seemed the owner had family visiting and they were not attentive or helpful. We were able to figure out most things on our own. The old town was a good walk away so this place is suited for people with good feet or a car. I would probably opt to stay in the old town next time.

The service was great and the proprieter was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and bright....overall a very good stay..

The owner was very helpful with a city map pointing out restaurants and points of interest. The location is great, not right in the centre but only a few minutes to the main square from a quiet street. The room was spacious and clean and the kitchen is accessible if you need glassware or a kettle. The room does not have a hairdryer so bring your own. Beautiful city.

The room was spacious, lovely, in a good location and well priced, Frank the owner gave us much information when we arrived, we also had access to a kitchen.

Très belle chambre, très propre, bonne dimension, et la tranquillité des lieux. Bon petit déjeuner, copieux. Près du centre touristique, se fait très bien à pied, par contre, au retour, 70 marches à monter, peut être pénible pour certaines personnes.
