Perla Hotel  

We found the Perla Hotel to be in excellent location for sightseeing and all the lovely little shops.The hotel was very clean and modern,and the staff were excellent and very helpfull and pleasant.The food was excellent and the rooms were comfy,in all an excellent place to stay,i would definately go back to this hotel.

Great location, convenient to many areas of Prague, great breakfast, free internet.

The Perla Hotel is in a great location being close to the town centre.. Breakfast was good with plenty of food available. Service was prompt

On arrival staff were abrupt and abrasive. The towels provided were threadbare and could be seen through. In some instances the towels had holes in them. Complaints did not improve the situation. A double bed was requested but only two singles were provided. After checking with the front desk the two singles were locked together but were at slightly different heights. Double sheets were not provided.. There were no kettle or coffee/tea facilities and no bar fridge There was no radio or clock and clothes storage was poor There was no clothesline in ensuite

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms large and airy and were kept immaculately clean during our 6 night stay. The breakfast buffet carried a great choice and was of excellent quality. We loved the modern design concept of the hotel. There was an abundance of wardrobe and shelf space. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as the perfect place to stay in an excellent central location.

There was no drawer space whatsoever. Pillows were not very comfortable.

Very good location clean and comfortable it is my 4th time at that hotel and I shall order it again in the furture

excellent location, bedroom very clean and nicely designed, staff very nice and very helpful, breakfast is amazing (so much choice!!! and so good!!!!). The whole experience was a definite success!!!!!!!!

There's nothing we did not like about it!!!!!

I really enjoyed staying here...the location was great, the breakfast had numerous selections and it was very good. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. It was in walking distance to most of the main sites in Prague so we didn't use any public transportation the entire 3 days we were there. Happy that I chose it.

Hotel was very good. Excellent location, just a short walk from the Old Town Square, cool/funky design hotel with nice rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. We went down to the sauna, which was very nice, clean and relaxing. Free welcome drink when you arrive at the bar!!

They have a designated smoking area on the 5th floor, which is a bit disgusting (as a non smoker), but most of Prague is still smoker friendly so this is to be expected I guess. Probably about 25% of the staff we encountered seemed a bit unfriendly, not rude, just not very friendly.

great location, 5-10 minutes walking distance from main attractions: wenceslas square, old town square. about 20-30 minutes from castle. excellent value for money.

The location.

The Perla Hotel was a great hotel.It was spotlessly clean and the location was fantastic,everything was within walking distance.It was a very modern hotel with great design features.The service to and from the airport to the hotel was top class and saved so much time and effort trying to get there.The breakfast was also very nice and the service was very efficient in the cafe/breakfast room.I loved the touch of the chocolate on the pillows when we arrived.

The only thing that I did not like was the fact that sometimes late at night you could hear noise on the street outside.I am a fairly heavy sleeper but I would say that if you were a light sleeper it would annoy you.

Everything you looking for a nice trip you can find a nice hotel to stay

Just the pillows very soft, but wasn't problem at all !!
