It's a very nice small hotel located in the center of old Prague, it's easy to take metro to major sightseeing points. Its breakfast is quite good as well.,

Great location in the old town and very easy to get to with the metro station very close. The staff were very helpful.

Front facing rooms can be affected by traffic and people noise from the street below. Roooms to the rear do not suffer from this problem.

The location is excellent.

Prices offered by the hotel at the reception were significantly lower than the price I got via booking. When I asked about the reasons the receptionist told me it is normal and ok. If for her this is ok, for me it is ok to tell all my firends to stay away from this hotel. There are so many other options in this part of Prague and I believe it is good not to tolerate such behaviour towards tourists who are the ones to make the existence of a hotel necessary. Breakfast was nothig special. Staff was ok at an average level. Decided to buy the ticket for the tourist boat and bus from the hotel (another big mistake) and took me a lot of time, two of them made some discussions in Czeck language, then it was followed by a phone call and I started to wonder what was so difficult?! Then it was not possible to pay with a credit card and I had to run to a bank machine and come back and was wondering why at all I made it through them.

The bath leaked (and flooded the floor) so couldn't use it effectively

Noisy outside late at night from drunks going home from late bars and clubs. Chairs in bar / breakfast area uncomfortable. No lounge chairs available anywhere in the hotel to relax.

The hotel location is perfect. It is very close both to the new town and old town squares. You don't need to take any transportations. The hotel is in a walking distance to all touristic places. Besides, the hotel staff were very kind and the breakfast was fine. Our room was so comfortable and big enough. Finally, the place where the hotel is located is very silent. So, we weren't annoyed and slept very well. I exactly recommend this hotel to everybody who would like to spend nice time in Prague.

Stuff is amazing, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Eve joyed staying here and if we will come back to Prague again, we definitely stay in Hotel Perla.

I liked the location which was primary to my movements.Staff was friendly and helpful.Rooms were comfortable.

Non availability of a Tea Making facility on complimentary basis which is usul in many hotels world over.Also I was surprided to note that you charged for the mineral water which was kept in the room. Taxis ordered through the Reception chraged exorbitantly high priced.Ex:I was charged kc 350 to go to 30, Frantisku while on my own I got a taxi to go to the Zoo which was comparatively more than double the distance and had to pay only kc 324.

everything was excellent. The staffs wete totally friendly. Although we reached there at 7 am they let us to check in. The served high quality breakfast and most important the hotel was near to everywhere in the city.

the hotel recvided a taxi( the taxi was not a real taxi, maybe a friend at the staff) wen we chold go at the airport. This taxi drive in 160 km, we dont like it. The taxi and the taxidriver was dirty.
