The charming Hotel Petr is excellently situated in the historic center of the spa town of Karlovy Vary, across from the Mlýnská Colonnade and close to all thermal springs. You can choose standard bedrooms with unusual design, or large and comfortable suites with one or 2 bedrooms. The hotel provides comfortable services for couples, families and individuals. The complex consists of 3 buildings, connected by a glass atrium. The ancient Petr House has been completely restored according to ancient construction plans from 1706. The new Petr house has also been recently restored, and the third building was erected in the mid-1990s according to the plans of a well-known Czech architect. These 3 buildings house appealingly designed rooms, each one being different in size and interior decoration. In der Beschreibung von Booking.com war die Hotelkategorie falsch angegeben!!! (4-Sterne-Hotel in der Beschreibung und 3-Sterne in der Realität) Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß (2 Etagen), allesdings nicht überall sauber. Der Couch war verstaubt, in einer Ecke haben wir ein Spinnennetz gefunden und die Fenster nicht geputzt. Freundliche Bedienung, sehr gute Lage. Gerne wieder!

Очень большой и светлый номер с видом на колонаду. Удобная кровать. Наличие русских каналов телевидения.Внимательный персонал отеля. Удовлетворялись все пожелания. Отсутствие интернета в номере ввиду того, что здание очень старой постройки и сигнал не доходит. Интернет бесплатно внизу на рецепшн.

Мы провели в отеле 7 дней. Понравилось расположение, удобство и комфорт как в отеле, так и в номере (у нас были апартаменты), приемлемая цена отсутствие собственной точки wi-fi

Очень славный и уютный номер с видом на центральную площадь курортной зоны. В этом отеле чувствуешь себя дома, что во многом помогает при восстановлении, если именно за этим вы приехали в Карловы Вары. В отелях и магазинчиках Чехии меняют валюту по какому-то своему воображаемому курсу. Поэтому если хотите заплатить сумму, указанную на booking.com, возьмите ее в евро, иначе в кронах выйдет значительно дороже. Наличные в евро все принимают охотно. Есть проблема с интернетом - в гостинице им можно пользоваться только в вестибюле. Зато из номера прекрасно ловится сеть соседнего отеля.

Понравилось все. Относительно небольшое расстояние от ж/д и автовокзалов, прямо напротив Мельничной колоннады, большой и чистый двухуровневый номер с со всеми необходимыми предметами обихода. Прекрасный интерьер, русскоговорящий персонал. Отель очень понравился, рекомендую. Завтрак не включен. Уходил рано утром, возвращался к вечеру, т.к. персонал либо еще не работал, либо уже не работал, то не удалось спросить о подключении к интернету по WiFi, который доступен только на 1м и 2м этажах =)

внутри этот отель ещё более очарователен, чем снаружи. очень необычный дизайн "дом в доме". уютно, чисто, прекрасные номера с большой прихожей, огромной ванной и прекрасной спальней. такие мелочи в номере, как тарелка печенья, банные халаты, тапочки, шапочки для душа и т.п. создают ещё больший уют и комфорт; даже было жалко, что остановились всего на 1 ночь. очень рекомендуем!!! прекрасное сочетание цены и качества.

единственный + это месторасположение за неделю проживания убирались два раза, да и-то качество хромает. не меняли полотенца. на ресепции постоянно пусто! в номере нет телефона! при бронировании указывали, что будем проживать с ребенком, детскую кравоть нам так и не предоставили, пришлось купить самим =( Приехали в забронированный люкс (на троих), а нас проводили в стандарт на чердаке, приготовленный для одного! Сказали, других номеров нет! Потом нашли, после долгих разборок!

Perfecta ubicación Tienen que actualizar las fotografias que estan en booking, no se corresponden con las habitaciones. No tiene cocina y en booking pone que tiene cocina. La cama de matrimonio eran dos camas juntas, y los colchones muy incomodos.

Zimmer entsprach in keiner Weise der gebuchten Beschreibung: statt Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf die Arkaden Zimmer im 4. Stock mit Blick auf Hinterhof; Lift war defekt, Gepäck musste selbst in 4. Etage getragen werden, da die Rezeption über das Wochenende nicht besetzt war, gab es, abgesehen von einem Nachtportier, der nur tschechisch sprach, niemanden, mit dem die Situation hätte diskutiert werden können. Es handelt sich hier m.E. weder um ein Hotel noch um eine Pension, sondern um ein Art Apartmenthaus, dafür ist der Preis allerdings zu hoch.

The elevator did not work and we had to take our luggages up 4 flights. Also when we arrived in midday there was no people in the reception. In fact often there was no people at the reception. Even where there was anyone, quite often the receptionist spoke no English. All signs are in Czech. Finally the hotel did not accept credit card and prefered Euros over Czech money
