Great Location, Cheap, Perfect for a large group. Pin Code entry, Great Facilities
The location is good. Right in the center of the city. Few minutes away from the old quarter.
When we arrived, we were greeted by a very, very rude guard who could not speak a single word of English and basically just not welcome us at all. We have to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to come down to give us the key. The hot water system inside the apartment is on and off. It ran out of hot water many times right when we are taking shower. Room has basic facilities needed but nothing looks like the advertised photos. There is no reception desk so you cannot leave your luggages after check out.
Booked a two-room apartment for 5 people. Love the whole interior of the apartment and the location was good, in the middle of Wenceslas square, less than 10 mins walk to old town and 15 mins to Charles bridge. There was also a balcony in our apartment, which was nice. You need to use codes to get into the apartment, saves the hassle of carrying a key around. Apartment was clean.
The hot water for the shower doesn't last very long. You need to wait for the hot water to heat up again after using for awhile. But it probably only happened in just that apartment I stayed at. Wifi was abit shaky.
In order to ensure you check out in time, a „receptionist” comes and wakes you at 9:00am while checkout time is at 11:00. We were on a business trip, worked late on the previous evening and wanted to sleep until 10:00am but at 9:00 a receptionist knocked at our door. I was naked, and tried to go to the bathroom to get my gown, when I met the receptionist guy at halfway, who entered our apartment because we were not quick enough to respond to his knocking. The reason he gave us for entering the apartment and waking us up was: “The reception wanted to know if we were satisfied with everything in the apartment”. This is of course a ridiculous excuse. First, there is no reception at the apartment house. The apartments are opened and closed by entering a code on a keyboard on the door. You can not close the door physically. When you arrive, you use a code to enter your apartment. Unfortunately, they do not give you this code in their confirmation mail when you book the apartment. Instead, you must call them extra on the phone, and jot down the code. We wanted to call upon our arrival but obviously this was to late for their taste. While we were traveling, they called our company reception and told the code to the receptionist taking the call. No need to tell, the receptionist was not authorized by us to receive or know the code. We rented an apartment not a hotel room, so we did not expect anybody to enter it during our stay. Not even the cleaning lady. We noticed, that Picasso personnel accessed our apartment, late in the evening, while we were away, so do not let valuables on your table or items you do not want local staff to see. We arrived by car, so together with our reservation we had also reserved a parking place in the garage. They did not confirm the garage place in their confirmation mail. Upon arrival we asked for the code to enter the garage but the “receptionist” guy explained the garage was fully booked.
comfortable well equipped very good location silent enough space
Good Localization, Very comfortable! A lot of thinks around!
very close to the city center. There are more than you need in the kitchen.
heating system did not work properly. there is no reception in the hotel.
Central location, good access to Metro. Large spacious rooms with excellent kitchen. Although just of main square apartment was quite.
Found the Mattresses very hard and uncomfortable.
Reserved apartement may not be identical with the one you saw on the picture! Unconvenient parking possibility in the automated underground garage. Poor organisation in general - at 8 a.m unknown tourists entered into our apartement by entering our door code
Staff were incredible friendly and did daily checks to ensure we had everything we needed. Apartment was spacious and clean.
Upon arrival we were told the 24 hour reception desk downstairs would know we were arriving. Security had no idea. We had to find a local to call Picasso apartments for us. If they had not helped us, who knows how long we w
-the toilets were not clean...at all ! -the checkin with a safety guard who did not speak English was complicated. -no reception
Location is just excellent. Right in the middle of Wenceslas Square. Walking distance to all major sights. No noise from the street in the morning. Apartment is apartment is situated in the quiet yard.

Amazing place! Accessible to tourist locations.pick up service si superb! Specially to Jericho and Petra(service driver)
The flat is quiet when you are in and within easy walking distance of all the main sites. The price was fair.
Lack of communication and clear information from owners. Code for getting into the flat was collected from a very unfriendly security guard, no storeage for luggage on day of check out. The beds not very comfortable and there are better locations in this city with less noise and tramps.
Location is excellent. Price Size
Noisey Terrible beds (for Americans) Claustrophobic elevator Lack of hotel services (no extra TP, towels weren't great)
Location right on Wenceslas Square is very convenient for access to transport (rail, tram, bus and river boats) as well as walking distance to major attractions. Unit was spacious with a courtyard balcony and relatively well equipped. Security, with digital coded locks was very good and Wi-Fi was excellent. Staff were helpful where possible and spoke English well.
There is a lot of noise in and around this complex through the night. Self-closing doors for entering the complex and the units slam unless eased shut. Units contain minimal soft furnishing (e.g. hard wooden floors) so any noise from nearby units carries. There is an Italian restaurant at the bottom of the courtyard, which is relatively quiet but it does stay open late. There is also an underground parking system and workmen were finalising installation of the vehicle lift at night and early in the morning while we were there. So if you are a light sleeper look elsewhere. Also the bed was very firm, so if that is an issue take note. Although advertised as self-contained, the unit did not have a washing machine.
The location is as central as can be, very close to the metro station, and the Old Town within walking distance. Lots of restaurants, cafés, shops - just the right place for a touristic experience. The apartments are quiet and spacious with high ceilings and furnished by a Swedish company. Everything is clean, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a TV and WiFi.
Although the courtyard is really quiet, the restaurant downstairs may cause some noise so that you can not always leave your windows open. There was a problem with the warm water in my apartment which made showering a bit of an adventure. Personally, I would opt for a traditional hotel with the usual service next time.
The location is very central, the kitchen is relatively well equipped, spacious rooms, new furniture.
No cleanings, the area is quite noisy but that's the downside of a central location. The elevator is *really* slow - you could walk upstairs and still make it faster than using the elevator...
Very spacious apartment, located right in the heart of Wenceslas Square. Close to transportation, museums, and other sights.
Complete lack of staff! We arrived (by car-- DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU HAVE A CAR) at 4pm, and went into the "reception"- aka 4 smoking, drinking teenagers who couldn't speak English and handed me an envelope with our room number and key code... TERRIBLE! Then, nowhere to park. The apartment was fine, but dealing with the staff ruined it for us.
Excellent location for touristy things, restaurants and shopping. Very clean modern apartments.
A little bit of a walk from the major night life.
