Score from 555 reviews Good
Its amplitude, its good location
Just that there was a fail in the toilet
In the city center, big comfortable apartment. Nice living room, good big bathroom, everything you need.
Breakfast was already in the fridge 24 hours in advance, a bit poor
:-) The accomodation is in the city center, everything is pretty close :-) The room is well-equipped :-) Nice price/value
:-( The rooms are all smoking ones
1. Spacious 2. Good location, tram station opposite. 3. Value for money.
1. The cushions were smelly.
- Very close to the main square of the city (~ 10 minutes walking distance max.) - Very good breakfast for the price - Connection to public transport and shopping possibilities was very good - No noise from the street or partying people
- Early Check-out (until 10 am max.) - Really hard matresses - Room was not ventilated when we arrived, therefore a strange smell.
Location. Large rooms.
Tired bedding. Kitchen not fully equipped. Tricky to find after dark.
Location, price and breakfast
No parking, no staff after 14:00
Location, complimentary breakfast
Pillows had a strong smell, uncomfortable bed
Location close enough to old town, and that's it!
First of all, be prepared to be greeted immediately by one of the rudest hostess you will ever encounter. Second, the hallway where the reception is and that leads to rooms, smells like it hasn't seen fresh air in 100 years, the smell is nauseating. Bed sheets looks and smells like they are at least 20 years old. Internet in room 5 at the end of hallway very spotty, you might have to sit by the door with the door open to get connection. Bathroom very uninviting! Broken shower hanging with a tape! The receptionist must own that place or she must be paid very bad because I don't understand how someone can be so rude, get so many bad reviews, and not be fired. We saw the bad reviews but went for it not expecting to be this bad. So you think we are exaggerating you can always pay to see it for yourselves… good luck!
very close to tram stop large room seemed safe very central location access to fridge, microwave enjoyed the complementary breakfast
leaking hand-basin,splashy hand-basin, no plug (that's why I marked it down on cleanliness)
* Great location * Good value for money
* Staff was not very friendly and helpfull * Shower did not work properly * Cleaniness could be better. Bedsheets did not smell very fresh * Some items in the apartment are run down or broken * We had an apartment on the 5th floor without lift - keep in mind to carry up your bags and to walk up and down the stairs at least 2-3 times per day.
The positives: Location is okay for the price. Every room had an ensuite, which is convenient.
The negatives: where to start? Others have already mentioned the fact that reception is closed from 1.30 pm, i.e. when most arrivals happen. Not the best start to the trip for your guests. The staff were extremely cold and unwilling to help, and were slow at preparing the breakfast, which involves literally putting some items (bread, spreads, youghurt, snack bar) on a tray and boiling a cup of water. This could take up to 15 minutes. On the day we left, we left our luggage at reception (of course you can only do this for the morning -- bad luck if you wanted to go home late to have a long last day in Prague), and when we came back, we asked if there was a toilet we could use. The answer is "no". Leaving aside the inconvenience this causes to travellers, it was also disappointing that the receptionist did not tell us, as we later discovered by ourselves, that there is a free public toilet in the nearby shopping centre. Would it have hurt to be a little more helpful?
Shower broken Small towels
No air condition no fan
The location is good.
Maybe the hotel part is good, but I chose apartment.....The room is not very clean and everything is weird...It's cheap but next time I go to Prague, I definitely won't choose this one.
Excellent location and value for money.
Extremely uncomfortable beds. Reception closes at 1pm. In hot weather the rooms are insanely hot, with no air conditioning or fans. Staff are quite unfriendly.
I like the location and that the room was large.
I didn't like that the receptionist works only in the morning: for any need you are alone! There isn't shampooing or similar, the sheets are not suitable for the bed and wern't changed for 4 nights, the cleanliness was absent for my entire stay.
It was in a good location and easy to find
The water in the shower leaked and they wouldnt give us extra towels to clean it up unless we paid 1€ per towel. When the drain in the bathroom floor blocked up it would produce an awful sewer smell.
Close to the old city, decent price
Staff not very nice
breakfast when it turned up on second day
room smelt booking not satisfactory again lift and entrance revolting staff on first two days uncooperative and rude
great staff, good breakfast, close to everything you want to see, price
big step out of shower!
Eventhough there is no staff available during our arrival and check out time however, the communication through email was indeed superb.
The rooms were very warm and if you opened the skylight the noise from the street and the trams was unbearable. Also the sheets and duvet covers were clean but the matress and duvet were very dodgy!
The location was very good.
Needs proper curtains or else you get sunlight in the rooms very early in the morning. There was no cleaning in 4 days. There was no staff to receive us.
