Friendly service, great central location, very clean and big triple room. Very good value for money. Would definitely go again.

No complaints at all. Maybe good to know for those who are very sensitive to cigaratte smoke that you can smoke in the hotel bar that is next to the restaurant/breakfast room. Didn't bother me though, couldn't smell the smoke in the restaurant.

Having stayed at Hotel Pilsen on many occasions, this visit was very much on a par with my other stays. It was a very comfortable visit, and I will stay there again.

The rooms were supposed to be No Smoking, but there was a strong smoking smell everywhere. Nor recommended for non smokers.

The comfortable facilities of Hotel Plzen. This was my sixth stay there in the past 2+ years. I continue to stay there, rather than several other hotels in Pilsen, because it is a good value, and they provide secure parking for my car at no extra charge.

Tried too hard to be good but did not achieve the standard as the rooms were designed well but had already started to become tatty as they hadn't been cared for and the repairs had been stop gap repairs. The staff seemed to have been told to sell the expensive items to foreigners even if they ordered other items and the food on offer was not of a high standard.. These are not major criticisms but they did effect the way you felt about the place.

The facilities were nice, clean and the breakfast was first-class!

It was a little difficult to communicate with the staff in either English or German

We loved this hotel! We had a quadruple room which was actually two rooms. It was not large but everything within it (recently refurbished and renovated) was very cleverly thought out to maximise space. Our daughter loved that in her own bunk room there was a TV just for them. We loved that we could close the sliding door and have our own space. The hotel had a good restaurant (be sure to try the roasted Pilsen potatoes, my husband ate most of mine!) and the breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold dishes and cereals. They were absolutely child friendly but it would definitely have been easier with older children. Our preschoolers wanted to climb up and down the stairs (there is a lift). In your room though, it obviously isn't an issue. Parking was very secure, we were also impressed with that.

Location is great, very close to city centre and walking area, good staff.

I've asked about one double bed, but two singles were received...((( Problems with the water in washbasin: it was full and the water did not flow down. My room wasn't cleaned during two days.....

No elevator but not so bad

No heavy trafic, short way to the old city, breakfest was excellent

Nice quiet room and centrally located. The decor was modern and the room size was spacious. We were happy that a fan was provided due to the hot weather during our stay. We ate in the restaurant upon arrival and the food was good plus the welcome drink was delicious. The walk from the train station was about 15 minutes.

The front desk was not always available as personnel were often downstairs smoking. Also, the breakfast needed attention. The coffee was poor and the breakfast foods were not the best quality. The shower door was broken and the shower did not drain well.

Clean and nice room.

There is no lift in this hotel with four storeys and if you come with a family and/or little bit bigger luggage, it is really hard to drag it up !!!

We were just passing through and it served our purpose. It was close to the shops and we were happy with the secure parking for our car.

This was my third stay at Hotel Pilsen, and I intend to stay there on my next trip to Pilsen. Each visit I have been given a different room, and as their information states, each room has a different design. I have enjoyed each design, and look forward to my next stay and the design I will encounter.

Small beds! No "normal" sized pillow... there were only a huge huge pillow and a small small one! :P No Mini-fridge.
