Location was great. Apartment was clean and fresh and the manager was very helpful
nice and kind staff, good location,
This unit has a great location, just off of Wenceslas Square. It's very easy by foot to get to the old town or anywhere else in the city by metro.
This is truly a two bedroom apartment with two private bedrooms. Trouble is the kitchen is tiny, the dining area consists of a small table that drops down from the wall in the kitchen with two stools to sit on. Apart from that, there is no common area for the four adults in our party to congregate.
The location was excellent - walking distance to everything. In spite of being opposite police station it was very quiet. Owner was very helpful and all requests were attended to promptly. Ideal base to explore the city.
An excellent apartment with a friendly and helpful staff. Located at the heart of Prague, just few meters afar from main highlights. Mattresses are amazingly comfortable, everything works at perfection and they provide everything you need to make use of the apartment (washing machine detergent, dishes soap, etc.). I've read previous comments about lacking of toilet paper or hands soap, but it didn't happen to us; as a matter of fact, there was enough of everything.
Linens and towels could be newer. The building is a little bit old inside.
Owner was very accommodating and helpful Great location to all sightseeing and easy to get to the railway station
Apartment was on the ground floor and whilst it was very clean lighting was poor and lacked enough light.
Location and accessibility are excellent, in walking distance to many main attractions. Very friendly, helpful and responsive management, fixed WiFi within a few hours. Very clean, has a big bathroom, basic appliances (microwave, refrigerator, stove, hot water kettle, washing machine).
Very basic bedding, mattresses, pillows. A 3.5% fee is charged if paid by credit card (no fee if paid cash), which is not stated in the reservation.
Helpful and very kind management
Our apartment was a little noisy at night.
The owner is very nice and kind person
Good location. Close to restaurants. Very helpful manager.
Did not tell us in advance the wifi password.
Great area, just off Wenceslas Square, close to metro station but the old town, Charles bridge, Jewish quarter are all easy to walk to. Apartment had two big bedrooms with plenty of cupboard space, small but useful kitchen. Not much communal room to sit to eat but adequate. Use of washing machine but no where to dry which was a bit tricky. Would definitely stay again. Juri very helpful and welcoming and we were able to arrange pick up from the airport for a little extra.
Plumbing a bit dodgy - drains not working well in shower, a little smelly at times.
The shower, close to subways, helpful staff
Too soft pillows and too old towels. No cleaning service. No window screen so bugs can come in.
Reception time should be extended
This apartment is very near the city center. We just need some minutes to walk to Prague's attractions. The security is also very excellent. The apartment is opposite a police office.
Very nice and forthcoming owner/staff. Great service provided.
Location is good, clean , basic, For the price is ok,bring your own soap!
No soap for washing, 11 Am check out, but the clean has gone into room 10 am, wait you to get out!
location is good, very close to the center, but very quiet.
The water heating is very noisy and unstable. Twice, the water get very cold during the shower. The sheet has strange smell.
Dont take your car to this place, there is no place to park. No one comes to clean the apartment Kitchen is unusable for many reasons Heating may go out anytime
near city center, near station, huge rooms and a kind staff
not near old city center
- the deal was clear & the manager is very welcoming. - so quite & safe next to the police station.
The location was fantastic. It was located right next to Wenceslas and easy access to the inner city, resaurants and tours. The room was right for the price. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who just wants to visit Prague and doesn't care about a luxurios stay.
We only had one towel per person. No toiletry items were provided like a regular hotel. Very limited office hours.
Location is good, very close to center. The room was good (price/service ok).
Before arrival I expected that there will be no soap in the bathroom as it is usually the case in the apartments, so I took it with me. But I could not imagine, that there will be no toilet paper.... It is not very costly but really very convenient. Also it would be nice to have a couple of shelves in the bathroom to put toiletries. We stayed in the apartment on the ground floor, therefore, at night it was a little bit noisy.
The owner, the room size, location, price
From what I gathered, the Pragapart Hotel is owned and operated by a husband, wife, and son. We met the husband and wife and they were both very kind. The husband was very responsive via email and arranged for us to park our car in a safe, personal garage for a fee cheaper than most nearby hotels. The location was excellent, right in the center of Prague, the apartment was very clean, secure, and cozy and had free Wifi throughout. We will definitely be staying here again and will recommend our friends to do the same.
wifi tv wasmachine in the center of the city
2 bedrooms and a kitchen is not an appartment. Only 1 towel in 4 days. The owners 'office' is behind a bar. The 'appartment' is in an residential area, so you get the daily life Prague experience. The owner gives you a fine-penalty if you pay in CZS? The worst thing that happened to us: The owners son shouted at us: we were at the wrong spot when he picked us up at the airport.
