The staff was courteous. The picture did not reflect the room. The hotel was not clean below the surface, in fact the bath tub literally had hair floating in the water, like it had not been cleaned. |

very good location (2 mins walk to Metro/ tram station); nice breakfast; helpful staff; spacious; good view (got an angle seeing the river and a bit of acient architechture). Interesting lift (only reaching "half floor" - walking required to get to room floor) WiFi didn't work (good to have wired connection); a bit old; door lock in old style (still using key and need to lock the door with key after entering the room); a few steps of walk before getting to the reception/ lift from front door) |

Location was easy walking distance to all the tourist areas in Prague. We had a nice view across the park to the river and castle. |

very good location overlooking castle, spacious room nicely designed with split level room smelt of damp, was possibly close to a fire station, police station or ambulance station with sirens going all night. Would not be suitable for young or elderly. No foyer or sizeable sitting area. |

The employees were helpful. The breakfast was really good. (Clever idea playing techno musik from 10.15 to 10.30 so that the lazy guests could finish on time - the rest of us enjoyed nice relaxing music at the breakfast). There is aircondotion in the room. Great view!! |

Beautiful building, with old (preserved) architecture outside and modern facilities inside. Great location, friendly and very helpful staff, excellent room, clean and comfortable, good breakfast. This hotel doesn´t have a restaurant, but the reception recomended and booked a table for me and my family in a place very close (5 minutes walking distance) which were delicious and not expensive, considering the high quality of the service and food. They also have many options of amazing tours, and the girl of the reception is always ready to give you any information you may need. |

Comfortable spacious suite overlooking the river, short walk to old town, Castle, bridge etc. Tram stops outside. Well insulated from city noises. Staff were very helpful, spoke excellent English. Pick up and drop off to airport, train station etc at comparable cost to taxi but without the hassles. Our rooms had a musty smell that dissipated with airing. Also a non-smoking hotel shouldn't allow staff to smoke just below the room windows - we had to close our windows a couple of times to keep smoke out. |

The location. The staff was very rude and they had either poor english or acted rude by not understanding us. The room was on the ground floor where it was very noisy. When we asked if we can change the room the answer was no but the way we have received this answer was very rude and agressive way. |

Excellent location, safe and the breakfast was great. Free WIFI all the time in your room. I would stay here again. No AC ,but they moved us to an east room which was much cooler; no iron, no Teas facilities in the room. |
