Art Deco Imperial Hotel

Staff excellent. Location. Room furniture.

Fabulous decor, wonderfully restored. Close proximity to public transport and main square for sightseeing, concerts and excellent resteraunts.

From the time of our arrival until we leave we were very impressed by the kindness and the professionalism of the front desk staff. We used the valet parking and I would recommend this safe and outstanding service (even might sound a bit expensive but this is your best bet) Cars are kept in hotel's special closed garage. Our room was Deluxe Double Room with extra bed for our son. By the time we arrived our room was ready. We loved the style and color combination of our room. Our room was very clean. We loved the bathroom style and the extra small toilet feature. We had a coffee machine, cattle and lots of tea and coffee bags. Proximity of hotel to the city center is just couple minutes. We enjoyed our stay very much !

Breakfast and the waitresses' attitude is not doing justice to this hotel ! I hope they will correct this because the are able to offer outstanding lunch-dinner and great service at the same environment.

The design and detail in the room and the hotel in general was excellent and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, we didn't even want to go out of the room because it was so nice inside. Also the location is excellent, close to the Old Town, you can go walking from there to every important place in the city.

Great location; 10 minutes walk to the old town sqaure; great infrastructure (room, gym, SPA, whirlpool....), great breakfast...... for €130 per night, it is really value for money in Prague

Staff is a bit "cold" or "cocky".... but for €130 per night, I would like bear the "unbearable lightness in life"

lovely big room with plenty of room for our 10 year olds extra bed. super buffet breakfast with excellent choices. polite, helpful staff. great location for all the sights. we would stay at this hotel again. many thanks to the reception desk for finding the taxi that my wife had left her handbag in and getting it back to the train station for our connecting journey.

The check-in staf was more than unfriendly. She never smiled, has done the checking making me feel like I bother her!!! The bathroom is very small and there is almost no space to put your own toiletries.The art deco design in the room is a bit fake looking and unfortunatelly feels modern made rather than 20-30s style = bad copy...

Loved the decor in the bedroom, the most comfortable bed, the atmosphere and hustle and bustle of the cafe and the authentic old world atmosphere of the hotel.

The Imperial is a superbly restored hotel from the Art Deco period. It has spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean rooms with huge comfortable beds. The staff are professional attentive and very helpful. The breakfast is very good and the regular menu for lunch or evening excellent value especially considering the authentic styled dining areas.

I think this hotel isn't a five stars hotel.

The hotel had almost everything a 5 star hotel should have. Clean, stuff very professional and friendly,excellent location in the center of Prague (all main attractions in walking distance). Breakfast very good.

The only bad point was the internet connection that was not free.

A very well run Hotel with friendly and motivated staff where nothing was too much for them to make your stay enjoyable. A perfect location and a most comfortable room makes this hotel one of the best I've ever stayed at.
