Hotel was very nice by any standards and in a great location. The staff from the front desk, to the staff that served at the breakfast buffet, were as accomodating as I've ever experienced. We stayed at 3 hotels this week, and the Imperial was the only one that had air conditioning, Very nice considering the temperatutes were in the mid 30's. We would definitely stay here again. Luxury at a resonable price. |

The hotel is an impeccably preserved cubist jewel with amazing design details throughout. Don't miss the view down the staircase from the top floor. The breakfast was downright bad - even bad fruit and bad breads. Skip it. I had far better at a mid-range hotel in Bucharest. Shame on the hotel! Also, the hotel does not cater to a trendy or lively clientele. If that's at all important to you, stay elsewhere. |

The room was fabulous! The bathroom had a great shower and a bath. Overall the decor of the hotel was fun and interesting. We were sorry to leave. |

The hotel staff was very kind. The hygiene is on high level. Very unusual interior, adorable. Good change compared to "sterile" classic hotels... Good location - everything important is on amx. 5 min. walk. Metro station is nearby - perfect connectivity... |

Lovely Hotel, reception staff and dining room staff were excellent. The only negative comment I would make was regarding the room cleaning staff, I had booked two rooms for myself and adult son, on returning to the hotel at 3.00 in the afternoon my room still hadn't been cleaned and the cleaners were in a room nearby, I left the please clean theroom sign on my door and went into my sons room which was opposite. The cleaning staff turned the sign around to "do not disturb" and had packed up and were leaving the floor when I came out of my sons room and checked my room it had not been touched. I approached and asked the cleaners if they would clean my room, and they did straight away. The next day none of the toiletries or tea/coffee were replenished which I think is pretty bad for this level of hotel |

the service was impeccable with pleasant and very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were always there to be of service. The room was both spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel. |

This hotel is simply fantastic. I liked everything of it. The staff was excelent, the room was even better than in the pictures (which usually just show the best room of the hotel, but in this case you get exactly the one they show you), the atmosphere, location, cleanliness, etc. Since I traveled by motorcycle and they accomodated it in the garage (which is only meant for cars), I've got to walk through parts of the hotel usually just allowed for staff, and even those corners were absolutely clean. That was the 5th star for me!!! Ok, if I have to get reaaaally picky, I'd say the pastry on the breakfast could use a bit more butter on the recipe. That's it =) |
