My parents (65/68 Y.O.) were delighted with hotel's superb interior design and perfect service, the 2-night stay at the Art Deco Imperial was my gift to the parents who celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in Prague, the double-room was vast and perfectly arranged, the staff was very helpful and extremely friendly, the hotel welcomed the parents with champagne + strawberries and 'happy anniversary' greeting card - this service was complete surprise to them and to me because I have not ordered it... Bull's eye! Art Deco Imperial is 5- star hotel with no doubt. You are kidding, the hotel was perfect!

Extremely good restaurant downstairs... Good rooms. Nice location. In 5 stars hotel wifi should be free of charge and in rooms but not in public places only....

Loved it all. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic room. We had a great time in Prague and the hotel was the icing on the cake (especially the jacuzzi bath !). Without doubt, we would stay there again.

When I entered the upgraded room, there was a bottle of champagne and fresh strawberries waiting for me with a 'Happy Birthday" note from the staff. The décor, location, excellent restaurant and wonderful staff, against the background of Prague itself, made this an immemorable occasion and I would certainly stay here again.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms exceeded our expectations, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was pretty much in 'Position a' for Exploring Prague. The buffet breakfast was excellent (for a buffet)

The heating/air con system did not work properly in our room. The room was initially overheated and somebody looked at the heating system as we could not turn it down. Afterwards we were unable to turn it on. It also would be nice if the window in the room could be opened as one would like not always have to rely on the aircon/heating system. It made me feel slightly claustrophic. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay there.

Great location. Nice Art Deco restaurant/café. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Part of the hotel is in Art Deco style and part of it is hard to describe (a mix of corny and plain ugly). Expensive garage. Wifi connection should be free of charge. Getting in and out of the bathtub can be a challenge...

Good location. Good, clean rooms although a bit small. Excellent food at the hotel resturant. Consistently poor service during breakfast. Also, would expect more from a 5 star hotel in general.

This is our second time in Art Deco Imperial Hotel Prague and we have really enjoyed our Valentine's Day celebration here. Very good choice. Recommended for city breaks. Close to tram (Masarykovo Nadrazi), main railway station (Hlavni Nadrazi) and metro (Namesty Republiky). Very close to Old City (Staromestske Namesty) and Charles Bridge (Karluv Most). Excellent comfort. Easy to access from airport via AE (Airport Express) - 35 mins. to Masarykovo Nadrazi bus stop. A little bit crowded, due to business events.

The location is great. The hotel has been redone and is quite nice. It is not five stars. Little things like no soap and shampoo in the bath. We pinched them off the maid's cart. Tissues ran out and the box not replaced. No stationery or envelopes in the room. Restaurant reservations by the concerige could be better.

Staff very friendly, used their airport transfer which is very good value (pick up from the airport in a Mercedes sedan). Also on our way back, concierge arranged for us to have packed breakfast for our early 6am flight back, so that was a nice touch.

I really liked the location. The hotel is very close to the old town centre. The architecture of the hotel was also very nice. Nice breakfast also. The heating system was absolutely dissapointing. We went there in end of Jan and it was very cold in the room. The heating was not working at all. Also the water in the shower was not hot enough. After we complained they have brought us immediately a heater which we appreciated. Poor heating facilitities for a 5 star hotel anyway.

Unique hotel in art deco style . respectable solid atmosphere .stylish.polite hotel's staff supplied with good restaurant [if late for breakfast the chef will improvise an personal meal 4u] Hotel has secluded amazing spa . excellent location in city of Prague . rooms are well furnished and with style. Mosaic on the walls every where with articulated historic elements makes the atmosphere very original with ambiance feeling. Great potential for business people and visitors who seek for honeymoon place in the city of Prague. I experienced a reliable and kind workers and managers during my stay in this hotel.I Am surly recommend a visit in this hotel!

We took a family holiday vacation to Munich and Prague this year. Least to say we had a far better time in Prague and we believe it was because if our amazing stay at the Imperial hotel. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the staff was amazingly nice and informative, everything was very clean, and to top it off Cafe Imperial downstairs has an atmosphere, cuisine, and a grade of serviced husband and I had never seen before!! If your staying in Prague stay at Art Deco Imperial!!

Beautifully decorated hotel! Concierge was wonderful, and all the staff we met were very informative and so friendly. We were recommended to visit an excellent local Czech restaurant, which turned out to be a great evening. Very accessible: Old town square is literally a short walk down the road. Lots of shops and local markets to visit along with the usual tourist attractions. The restaurant food did not meet my expectations.
