The hotel was clean, the room was clean and the location was excellent. The fees for internet usage was out of control expensive! (approximately 30 Euros a day) I did not use this service and it would keep me from booking here again. The breakfast was very expensive. I would not even think of buying a breakfast, lunch or dinner where I would not be able to taste the food because of all of the smokers. The smoking in the lobby, bar and the elevator was a huge disappointment to me. |

Fantastic. The hotell food at the hotell was only ok, it will get you thru the day. There are many, many brilliant restaurants in the erea that are much much better and cheaper. The location is great! yjust 15-20 min. walk to the charles Bridge. Shoppingmall and main shoppingstreet just minuts away. We loved it, and we are most definitly staying at htis hotel again. better food. |

Everything! It was the best of the best! Beautiful, big rooms, huge beds & the hotel had Champagne & Strawberries waiting in our room when we arrived. The batteries went in our tv remote & even after asking a couple of times they failed to replace them & because the room was so big, it was a bit annoying having to get out of bed & walk all the way across the room to switch the tv off. You can see I'm clutching at straws trying to find something wrong with the hotel.. Honestly, It was great! |

Very elegant decor and breakfast was delicious, in fact, outsiders visited to have breakfast at this hotel. Rooms comfortable, not much on cable television. Well located. |

The hotel is centrally located and within minutes walking to the old city, to the Municipal house with its beautiful art decorations, and to the mall center. It is decorated in an elegant style which makes him very special . The room was very cosy and in warm&nice decoration. All public areas and dining room decorated in the special Art Deco. Concierge&reception, very helpfull. We asked for a room with a view to the courtyard, but the view from the window was very poor, we just saw several roofs and that's it. There were however, other rooms with very nice view to the courtyard, which we did not have. The other thing we disliked was the absence of any vegetables in the breakfast buffet. One would expect there were some in a hotel of this kind.Other than that, the buffet was very good together with its prophetional staff. |

The staff was very nice and helpful in all our requests; the room was great - spacious, comfortable, stylish; so was the place - very close to all main attractions in the old city; close to main shopping mal and shopping centers the breakfast should be improved - it is good for 3-4 stars hotel, but not for 5 stars; it's not nice to have breakfast at the stone tables not covered with table-cloth, while for dinner it is served nicely - high standards should be kept in all cases |

Very friendly receptionists. We were leaving at about 8 in the evening, they allowed us to keep our car in the hotel garage till that hour. Close to the city center. Bath is very high. It is rather difficult to go out of it, even for a young person. Wi-fi in the public areas is not for free, as it is written on the website. Breakfast on Sunday is not till 11, as it is written on the website, but till 10:30. |

This was a luxury hotel right in the city centre, exactly where I wanted to be. The room was a good size, good bath and shower and the aircon was spot on. They could have been slightly more generous with their in room tea/coffee making facilities. |

The location and then interesting deco of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would describe it as luxury from and Eastern European standard, but not luxury by Western standards |
