This luxurious hotel in the heart of Prague is housed in an Art-Déco building dating back to 1914 and was recently re-opened after a complete renovation.

The famous Café Imperial with its unique mosaics is part of the hotel.
Art Deco Imperial Hotel is situated only a few steps from the Municipal House and a short walk from the Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square or Charles Bridge. All major cultural and commercial sites are in easy distance, many stylish shops, bars and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. The elegant guest rooms are equipped with countless amenities, the latest technologies and marble bathrooms with heated floors.

The magnificent rooms of the Café Imperial boast exquisite ceramic mosaics and the tile-decorated walls and pillars display rich floral and animal ornamentation. For a brief respite from sightseeing, spend a few hours at the hotel’s cafe and enjoy fabulous home-made desserts as you watch the world go by in front of its large elegant windows.

Great hotel. Very new. Good staff. Rooms cleaned well. Good gym. Good restaurant, especially in the evening. Breakfast selection ok.

Need to supply bath mats in the shower/bath set up. Baths sides very high and bath surfaces very slippery. Three of our party slipped and bruised themselves. No other areas of concern though.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable room, room had both a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet. Room was very quiet. Free internet access in the lobby (two terminals) was also very helpful. Good breakfast. The attached cafe can also be highly recommended for fairly inexpensive but excellent meals. Would definitely recommend the hotel though it is not cheap.

Beautiful room. Very good restaurant.

There didn't appear to be any routine schedule with regard to housekeeping. Sometimes it would be before noon and one day the room hadn't been cleaned by 2 or 3 in the afternoon and we refused service because we would have had to leave the room.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with directions etc. I would recommend the Cafe Imperial, lovely food and very reasonably priced. Myself and my partner had 2 main courses, 6 drinks, 1 desert and it only amounted to €50 when we converted the currency. Rooms were elegantly decorated and of the upmost standard of cleanliness. We encountered no bad issues/points with this hotel.

The building itself is very nice

House keeping only did the bed and put things back in place daily but dirty glass, cups even empty bottles were not remove or replace. Even leftovers from last user of the room is still there when check in and the time we stay there. Compeltely unacceptable for this class/price of hotel. Very disappointed with the level of service.
