Our room, which was a deluxe double, was spacious and comfortable. The hotel and staff met our expectations but did not exceed them. The dining room staff were very friendly and helpful. The cocktail bar is inadequate in size for a hotel of this capacity and quickly ran out space early in the night. The hotel must be located over a subway train line because the vibration would be felt in the room, even though it was very slight. Unfortunately the hotel allows smoking inside and that makes it very uncomfortable for non smokers. |

This hotel is beautifully decorated and equipped. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and the staff polite and helpful. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. |

The style and general ambience of the hotel is very good. Clean and tidy. It also felt safe and secure. Breakfast was very good and staff friendly and helpful. Smoking is still allowed in all areas which is not good. The room we had on the 6th floor only had ceiling sky-lights rather than windows. Some of the porters were very insistent on getting tipped even if you had no small currency on you! |

Extremely beautiful design hotel. Location, near to the center of the old town and the shopping areas was perfect. Quiet, we could hardly hear the trafic passing by. Taxis and public transportation outside the entrance. We have experienced many of the best hotels in the world, Raffles in Singapore, Loews in Monaco, Burj Al Arab in Dubai and some more but in Art Deco Imperial in Prague they had combined a beautiful design with a helpful and gentle and helpful staff that took good care of us. We want to come back! Everything was just perfect. Our only minor comment is that the housekeeping staff that we met did not understand english. |

The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The efficiency of the staff was wonderful. The dining experience was excellent and I would highly recommend it. The location was great. The only complaint I had was about the toaster at breakfast, it did not work correctly it only heated the bread. |

Breakfast buffet was fantastic, room was quiet, clean, nice with climate controlling, view from the room was not any good but all in all a very pleasant stay. Couldnt manage to get one of the shower/bathtub's water to run. |

The hotel was clean, the room was clean and the location was excellent. The fees for internet usage was out of control expensive! (approximately 30 Euros a day) I did not use this service and it would keep me from booking here again. The breakfast was very expensive. I would not even think of buying a breakfast, lunch or dinner where I would not be able to taste the food because of all of the smokers. The smoking in the lobby, bar and the elevator was a huge disappointment to me. |
