Zimmer waren sauber Zimmer am ersten Tag nur auf Nachfrage gereinigt, dafür dann am 2. Tag (Sonntag) gegen 7 Uhr früh. Fenster nicht schallisoliert, fortwährender Lärm auf dem Hotelflur. Frühstück in schlechter Qualität bei sehr geringer Auswahl. Hotelgarage besonders klein.

Der Service war klasse, alle sehr freundlich. Die zentrale Lage war hervorragend. Das Wellnessangebot hat gefallen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Trennung von Bad und Dusche im Zimmer, man musste hin und her laufen, aber nicht dramatisch.

Местоположение: недалеко от метро и Вацлавской площади. Приветливый персонал, заселение происходит сразу. Лифт расположен между этажами, поэтому с багажом подниматься не очень удобно.

Viszonylag közel volt a belvároshoz. A személyzet barátságtalan, személytelen. A szoba ugyan belső udvarra nézett, de egy hűtőagregát éjszaka 5 percenként borzalmas zajjal kapcsolt be. A portástól érkezésünk alkalmával kértem a csendes szobát. a "svédasztalos reggeli" minden nap ugyanazt a kétféle felvágottat sajtot kínálta, a melegétel választék az esetek többségében az előzó napi készételeket kínálta: rizotto, fött tészta bizonytalan mártással, valamilyen leves cérnametélttel.

Location is a 15 min walk from Prague old town Not clean, low level hotel. Like a hotel in Eastern Europe in the '80s Not recommended!

Personnel agréable Situation proche du métro, MAIS sur le site l'adresse devrait d'être plus précise car la rue ne figure pas sur les plans ( indiquer que l'hotel est à 8-9mn à pied du metro) Le lit est refait mais le drap de dessous n'est pas replacé . Dommage Pourquoi ne pas remettre des sachets de the ou ... ts les jours car il y a une bouilloire

Good location, easy to find. Good breakfast. My magnetic key did not function properly and every single time I tried to open my door from outside, I had to go back to the reception and ask for help. A bit too frustrating! After arrival, I was first given smokers' room, without even asking whether I am a smoker. Fortunately, the receptionist managed to change the room. The street noise, especially at night, was unbearable, even when the windows were closed.
