the best location, very big and clean rooms, very good breakfast, good service in general. spa is very small and busy, lobby is not like other 5star hotels, wifi not responding many times. |

We enjoyed our stay at the President Hotel. It close to shopping, close to the old town, close the metro, nice location and great view of the river. |

it is a 5star facilitated hotel, big room with big windows!! staffs are ok. no kettles, but can ask for hot water. it is a bit far away from the metro, about 8-10mins walk. |

Great location for site seeing. Room was large, with a great bathroom. Breakfast was more than enough for the average person. Wanted to take the room pillow back with me Bed was to hard for my taste, but husband liked it. |

The hotel is in an excellent location overlooking the river and within easy walking distance of the Old Town and the main tourist attractions. All of the staff we met were extremely helpful and friendly - especially the concierge, reception staff and breakfast staff. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was first class with very efficient and attantive service. Can't think of anything to criticize about this very well run hotel. |

The internet and printing was expensive and unreliable. Staff did not make an effort to fix the computer/printer/internet problems on 3 occasions we had issues. The breakfast was expensive. Hotel is located in bad area but close to train station. Room is old did not feel clean. |

Beautiful! One of the other people in the room even said she didn't want to leave the bathroom! Excellent security and location. Very helpful, friendly and personable staff. Delicious breakfast. I would recommend the President to anyone. |

Os quartos eram simplesmente excelentes, enormes e muito bem situados (tivemos sorte de ficar com vista para o rio). O pessoal do hotel era super simpático, muito prestável, principalmente a Kristina do concierge, que nos deu óptimas indicações para irmos patinar no gelo. O pequeno-almoço, apesar de completo e bem servido, não era sumptuoso nem muito variado; a zona de spa é muito pequena embora funcional e muito agradável. |

Салон, месторасположение, вид из окна, очень дружелюбный персонал. Вряд ли это отель 5-ти звезд, но он явно хочет им быть Очень маленькая ванная. В таком крошечном пространстве нельзя делать распашную стеклянную дверцу душевой.Или пусть раздвижной будем сама входная дверь в ванную. Нереально тесно |

Bien ubicado, a pasos de todo. Personal muy amable. Habitación confortable. Excelente el servicio de conserjería. Una persona habla perfecto español. El spa no existe, es pequeñísimo, nunca nos avisaron que se necesitaba reserva para usarlo. No debería ofrecerse como tal. Dos noches quisimos tomar algo en el bar y no encontrábamos barman. |
