Beautiful! One of the other people in the room even said she didn't want to leave the bathroom! Excellent security and location. Very helpful, friendly and personable staff. Delicious breakfast. I would recommend the President to anyone.

Location of hotel was excellent and we could walk very easily to all the sights we wished to see - except Prague Castle was too full of visitors !

The staff were very friendly and helpful although I my address was listed in Amsterdam and I live in London

One of the cupboards broke and the staff were not very helpful even though we told them and soon as we knew and charged us a lot of money for the damage even though it was just a hinge.

The hotel room was excellent - I don't know if we had an upgraded room but the view of the castle at night was wonderful.
