location was good, staff very helpful. my wife had a terrific spa treatment beware that because of strong Russian influence there is smoking in the cafe and restaurant. we found this very distasteful. |

Everything. All the staff were excellent without exception, the restaurant is one of the best in the Czech Republic, the location is very central for walking everywhere, and when we had to leave at 5 am the last morning, the night clerk had packed two breakfasts for us! |

Sehr zentrale Lage im Herzen der Kurzone. Alles ist einfach zu Fuss zu erreichen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöner Wellnessbereich (Hallenbad, Sauna, 1 Cross-Trainer) ist kostenlos! Anfahrt mit dem Auto etwas schwierig zu finden, insbesondere mit TomTom, das uns zunächst auf die falsche Flussseite dirigiert hat. Personal erklärt aber Anfahrt genau. |
