- Spacious studio - Great location, very central
- Loose old windows
All was fine. Nice and clean. Hot water and free WiFi. Good breakfast- continental style. Bed was comfy
We booked a twin room as 2 friends travelling together. Got a double bed. Asked to change and we were given a very large double bed with 2 duvets as was booked out. We kept it and was comfy but would have been nice to get what we booked
The bathroom was well equipped and the room was pretty clean and had a balcony.
The breakfast was disappointing, we could perfectly hear the neighbors, the furniture is cheap/tacky ikea stuff, the wifi was unstable.
very good location and very good price..!
The location, near to subway and the city center. The breakfast was poor and the fruit was not refilled, but for the price we couldn't ask for much more.
The room was dirty under the bed with plastic bottles and dust, and the building is old. The heating was malfunctioning, we have asked the staff to fix it and they didn't care.
Wi Fi bad signals shower need to be sealed water fill the room head shower not working
location is good
Location is the best thing here. There is also a kitchen in the room.
Curtain has problem, it can not hide all light so my child could not sleep longer as usual. Reception only accept CZK, not EUR, so I had to go to a nearby currency exchange. Mattresses are two single ones on 1 big bed, it's not optimal for a family travelling with a kid (sleeping between parents).
A reasonable hotel for the price, with good breakfast. 20 minutes walk from the center of the city clean quiet road.
Great place in city center, quiet street, modern clean room, terrace!
location is great. walking distance from metro.
noisy corridor: walking, talking, laughing - I could virtually count how many times my neighbours on the floor were coming back from the bar-crawls. every single night. WiFi signal was very poor.
The staff were very helpful, polite and had a very good knowledge of the city. This was a big help in us getting to where we needed to be. The free breakfast was very good.
During our last morning in the hotel our shower didn't have any hot water. I Had to have a freezing cold shower which was a bit disappointing. Also, the way the shower was positioned the floor through out the whole bathroom would be soaking wet for hours afterwards.
Location Staff Cleanliness
Hotel is in very good place,we took a 10min.walk and we were on Karol's bridge. You have 5 min.to the Vełtava river,to famous Dancing house. Shops, restorants, exchange was v.close. Hotel is situatet in narrow, one way street. If you want to get there by car you should go through the Skolska street. Personel in the hotel was very nice and helpful, rooms was cleen, we olso has an kichen anex that we didn't expect, the only minus was awful viev on some old wall 1 m from our window, so it was dark, but we didn't come to Prague to sit in the room ;-) i do recomend this hotel as a good place to stay if you have few days to see the city.
View out of the window- an ugly wall
We have go what we have booked
Rooms need maintenance (Water taps, windows, curtains)
One of the room double windows was not there (the outside one) so that all the noise from the street was so loud that we could not sleep. Also the window curtain was not working properly and the street lights were ilimunating the room quite unbearablly - it was like noon in the midnight. Awful!
Everything, super comfortable bed, nice big bathroom, small kitchen, good breakfast. A very nice stay.
Location, Value for money Breakfast included, good and abundant. Good wifi
The hotel is placed on a quiet street, although a bit far from the main touristic atractions.
Weekend prices are extremely high and makes the place not worth it. Despite the pictures at booking, rooms are too litle and the shower had problems to sink the water; the flood caused was fixed 2 days after!
very good breakfast.
It's very informal and perfect to book at a trip with friends or just by yourself. They had breakfast included on the fare and the rooms were ok.
It's not actually in the very downtown area, a little far away if you walk. They WIFI barely worked in the room areas and the decoration isn't fashion-Forward.
Good location, staff was wonderful, hotel is full reconstituted
bad acoustic - you could hear every noise from my room. Problem with shower- sometimes only cold or very hot water
Staff are kind and helpful when asked. Location was good i guess only 10 min walk to the city center. Wifi worked with out issues. all round happy
Room was clean but a bit run down, broken tiles and broken curtains that didn't stop light from coming in. build up of dirt on the side of our bed. shower curtain does next to nothing and the bathroom is quite wet after use. However none of this effected our stay.
Wifi signal is fair, lights are low inside the room
