A very nice design hotel surrounded by rural czech landscapes in a little town in the north. Good quality for an Ikea based room decoration. Only negative point: the booked Luxury-room was not any more available at our arrival and we really had to be very persuasive to get a double room instead of the triple room the guy at the reception board proposed. In the future, how can we do to be absolutely sure to get the booked room on Booking.com? |

I had a great deal of difficulty in securing a replacement for a missing HSBC credit card and the staff was helpful in getting the HSBC office to send along a relpacement. Unfortunately, although they claimed the card was mailed to me at the Plytoun Hotel, it never arrived, despite the staff's efforts. it was a bit far from the center of Liberec. |

Good place to visit the area. Clean rooms. The rooms are very small. No chair in the room. Noisy hotel. The hotel is not ready. There's no terrace, no children´s play area and no garden with benches. There's no stylish restaurant yet. We don't recommend the hotel. Maby next year when it's finished? |

habitacion El desayuno excaso de variedad, cuando se acaba algo, sea zumo, etc,... no reponen. No tienen leche caliente, ni tostadora Por pagar con tarjeta nos cobraban 40 euros. Al final nos cobraron 55 euros no sabemos en qué concepto. En general decepcionante. |

Mycket lugnt läge utan minsta trafikstörning. Perfekt för övernattning när man är på genomresa. Restaurangen tog maten från annan restaurang i närheten i cellplast-förpackningar som lades upp på riktiga tallrikar. Resultaten var ljummen mat. Badrummet var så litet att det knappt gick att vända sig om i det. |

Het ontbijt was goed. De balie medewerker in de middag en avond uitstekend 'Luxe kamer geboekt met alle comform. In onze E-mail gemeld dat traplopen een probleem is. Luxe kamer was op de 4e etage en geen lift aanwezig, dus geen luxe kamer maar een kamer op de begane grond.Bijzonder klein.Balie personeel in de ochtend spreekt geen buitenlandse taal.Vind ik kwalijk voor een progressief hotel. |

rustige ligging, kamer redelijk smaakvol Geen professionele aanpak van het management. Design hotel kwa uitzicht viel dit mee, kwa degelijkheid ondermaats (lavabo lekte, geen gordijnen om te verduisteren, luxe kamers onder het dak zonder airco, dus bloedheet). Er was geen rekening gehouden met criteria van boeking (kamertype klopte niet, restaurant was op andere lokatie, prijs hoger dan afspraak tijdens boeking, drank dubbel aangerekend (merkten we later pas op). Gasten die slecht te been zijn geraken niet tot op derde verdieping, zeker niet met pak en zak enz |

spokój, cisza, miła obsługa, czysto. na naszą prośbę pani z recepcji zamówiła nam pizzę o godz. 23 i przyniosła ją do pokoju:-) brak placu zabaw |

Schönes kleines Haus,sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung,ruhiger Stadtteil. Im Badezimmer fehlen diverse Haken zum Aufhängen der Kleidung bzw.Handtücher.Desweiteren sollte das Waschbecken in einen Waschtischrahmen gefasst werden,da man die Waschutensilien auf der Erde ablegen muß. |

det var fint. de små hyggelige detaljer fik mig til at føle velkommen på hotellet. personalet var meget venlig og imødekommende. der kunne godt har været lidt mere fri plads/luft på værelset. Der kunne være skilte i byen, som viser vej til hotellet: det var et nyt hotel og meget svært at finde inde i en rolig villakvarter. væggene var lidt for lydte, så man kunne høre sin nabo tale. |

Příjemné prostředí, skvělé postele, klid. Pomalá recepce, zvláště ráno mi check out trval 15 minut! Rezervace na pokoj s rohovou vanou, nicméně jsem dostal klasický double room se sprchovým koutem. Poměrně složitá přístupová cesta. |

1. Nu exista firma. daca nu stii exact cladirea, nu iti dai seama unde sa te opresti, pentru ca este o zona de case/vile si hotelul nu se diferentiaza intre ele. 2. Hotelul nu este finalizat. Inca mai sunt muncitori in salopete care vin la 7.00 am si incep sa bocane fara nici un fel de consideratie pentru cei cazati acolo. |
