The door in the room is really hard to lock, and the toilet cant even close. The little store in Hotel was never open, its annoyed that we cant exchange money in hotel. The counter is always very busy, there is only one person serving, which is annoyed. The breakfast is okay, but there is only apple for fruit.

Excellent location, clean spacious room, good breakfast, kind helpful staff at reception, fair price... I would choose it again.

Was a pleasure to spend time in Your Hotel. Thank You! All of us was enjoyed these few days. Breakfast, staff was great, helpfull even early arrived in the morning. Rooms was comfortable and tidy. Travel to city centre is very easy, only 10 min with tube, or 15 by tram which stop infront of Hotel.

elevators :), in front of hotel there is not secure parking, you have to pay for secure parking

- Extremely poor wi-fi connection in parts of the lobby and no free wi- fi in the room; - some dust in the room; - pieces of furniture were a little overused; - early check-in, although confirmed while booking, was not available at time of arrival; however, after showing the receptionist the email confirmation, they offered complimentary breakfast and a room was available after 1 hour

The location is good (near the metro station) and also the breakfast, even though it's the same food for every day.

The hotel is not a 3 stars one and the picture aren't real. The rooms are small and dirty. Our triple room was extremely small, and after arguing with them they changed it for 2 doubles. Moreover, in the first 2 days we didn't have hot water... that was really disturbing. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this hotel..

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. No problems with communication in various languages. Hotel located a short walk from the metro station - very convenient way to get to the city center. Breakfast was tasty but repetitous - stayed for three days and every day was the same set of food. Not a problem for me but for longer stays can be irritating.

Awfully stained carpets! In the canteen and the rooms the carpets were filthy. Some washing from time to time would be a good idea.

Location!

NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!! You need to put down a deposit for a fan in your room. If you aren't going to install AC then at least install ceiling fans in the room. Not in the best neighborhood.

almost everything! The food was disgusting ... we only had breakfast once and then did our thing in other places. The cleaning of the room consisted of making up the bed, that's IT. We had to request new sheet because they were really dirty. Staff was not very welcoming ... and hardly anyone spoke nothing else but chzech! I guess we got what we paid for .. ALMOST nothing.

We cannot fault the staff or the location or price. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly!

It would have been nice if the decor was updated and the beds were more comfortable though. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, although our bathroom was. To us that was strange, but for the price and proximity it wasnt a major problem.

Actually, we didn't expect this hotel to be that nice sue to the low price. Definitely, it is not a 5-star hotel with your own jacuzzi or else, but the ratio price/quality is one of the best we've ever seen (despite the fact that we've traveled quite a lot before). The fotos given on this site are very true ones, and rooms are not worse than it. Moreover, the breakfast was quite substantial. The staff is really ready-to- help one, and they reflected every our demand. ps. Ask for rooms on higher floors with the view on the city center :)

We asked for a room with a balcony, but we were given one without it. However, we had a really wide sill with a marvelous view on Prague, so that wasn't a problem. And what was really uncomvinient is the double bed, which was actually two single beds put together.

Price, sheets/towels were changed every day, breakfast was ok (not too many things to choose from but enough for a good first meal of the day). For me and my friends was ok ( we travelled in Prague at the beginning of may with an average temperature of 17 Celsius). Tram station in front of the hotel. For the subway you need to walk for about 10 mins (or take the tram for about 5 stations)

Very good value for the price.

Food could be better, but it was not so bad after all. It was extremely hot in the rooms as we couldn't fully open the windows (we were on the ground floor).

Очень удобно расположен, до метро Флора 8 минут на трамвае, а это уже фактически центр.

Завтрак каждый день одинаковый, но нормальный.

Erkélyes volt az egyik szoba az erkély tele volt galamb piszokkal és a 4 nap alatt nem sikerült eltakarítaniuk, nyoma sem volt, hogy megpróbálnák. Mindennap ugyan az volt a reggeli és kevés volt illetve nem volt zöldség és gyümölcs A.

Bőséges reggeli,jó elhelyezkedés.a belváros tíz perc villamossal.Segítőkész személyzet.Tiszta szoba.

Kényelmetlen ágy,sok a diák hangosan zajongtak késő estig,nem szolt senki rájuk.
