Staff were very pleasant and really helpful at all times. The view of the city from the terrace is absolutely stunning!
Nothing to dislike about this hotel.
Good location, close to the Castle.
I expected more facilities and better room for that price.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location is nice for walking all down hill to go through main attractions of site and is close to palace.
I suggest taking a taxi cap back to the hotel after a long day of walking around - its cheap and well worth avoiding a hike back up the long hill to the hotel.
Staff was delightful and always helpful and pleasant. It was a very unique old private palace that was immaculately maintained.
Every thing is good, good location, good staff, good room!! Next time I'll select this hotel again.
We enjoyed the location and classic feel of this hotel, away from the noise and crowds. The staff are super attentive, maybe a bit more formal than we need but that is the style of their hospitality. Amazingly abundant breakfast, and perfectly adequate standard room, certainly not large but we spent very little time there. Easy access to a tram down the hill to the sights, or a simple walk if you enjoy that. Fantastic beer brewed right next door! All in all, a lovely stay for us.
Location excellent with friendly helpful staff.Room was clean and comfortable. The little extras matter, afternoon tea provided free, lovely greeting with drinks and orientation to Prague, bottled water in room each day.Highly recommend!
Great location with beautiful views. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Great wifi and quiet.
The location was great with a beautiful vista, close to transport, some of the main sites and next to the fantastic monastery and beer brewery! Staff were great, room was great and the breakfast was fabulous!
Breakfast buffet, good quality of food, comfort of the rooms, kindness and effiency of the staff, usefull informations received for the visits
Everything! Unique, well positioned, stunning views. Great service. Regret not staying here before!
Very nice and personal staff. An overall great value. The breakfast buffét was really good but a little bit pricey (we did not have it included in booking).
The lights in our rooms went out a few times during our stay, like a minor power-outage. The staff said they knew about this problem since before. The room was still in use.
The management and team at the Questenberk all worked to make me feel relaxed and comfortable from the beginning of the stay. The location was good for me - I enjoyed being close to the centre of Prague, but was very glad to go up to the Hotel at the end of the day and enjoy the beautiful views and be surrounded by fresh greenery. Not a problem if you're tired, there's an excellent tram service up the hill! Good buffet breakfast with lots of choice, constantly replenished.
The staff was wonderful-so helpful, friendly and welcoming. The building was a beautiful historic one with sweeping views of Prague. We kept eating in various places throughout the city but finally decided that with the views, wonderful staff and excellent chief the perfect restaurant was at our hotel!
Nothing except the climb up the hill to get back to the hotel which we actually enjoyed to work off the amazing food we were eating in this lovely city.
Also had landline PC and printing available at no cost. Eating places all around and good. Use the hopon-hopff bus as a taxi, from the front door to all the tourist spots!!!. Every 15 mins and inexpensive.
Helpful, friendly staff. Great location for sightseeing, right next to Prague Castle. Great size room even in standard room. Comfortable bed, great bathroom with lovely toiletries. Welcome drink and fruit in the room on arrival. Would recommend to anyone
Couldn't find any faults.
Great clean friendly location
No laundry service
the service was beyond expectation and flawless, they offered complimentary drinks at arrival and explained everything thoroughly in a friendly manner. I would definitely stay there again when I am in town.
Customer service and attention to detail is excellent The supply of complimentary water, fruit and afternoon coffee & cake is a real welcome bonus The view of the city from the hotel is amazing
The walk back up the hill to the hotel from the city can be quite challenging especially when the weather is warm so would advise using the tram which stops near the hotel
The staff was really friendly and very helpful - they even postponed our reservation in a local restaurant for us and booked the famous black light theatre. There were free snacks in the afternoon, we had cake and spring rolls. The breakfast tasted delicious and the variety of food was huge. The whole location is beautiful and there is a tram-station near the hotel so we were able to reach all important sights within a few minutes - the petrin park is just a 10 minute footwalk from the hotel. We also got free fruits on the room and a welcome drink. I highly recommend this hotel to you if you want to make your stay in prague unforgettable.
Nothing. Everything was great.
Great location away from the old town, which was still easily accessible walking down the hill. Parking was easily arranged, 5 minutes away from the hotel. Initial reception was very welcoming with some useful tourist info thrown in. All staff very helpful and friendly (this cannot be taken for granted in prague). Beautiful, large, maybe slightly dark room (small windows), but the spacious breakfast room with great views over town made up for that.
it was all good....
Breakfast is excellent. The location is good, walking distance to the castle and the Old town. But for the quality of the room, I thought it was just basic and not worth for the price value I paid for. There is a loose floor wood tile in our room.
a couple of staff with snobbish attitude. otherwise, mostly are helpful in giving information on how to get to the attractions we wanted to see.
The staff was very personal. Upon check in we were treated to complimentary Czech Beers while they went over all the local tourist destinations. We were talking about this on their balcony which overlooked the city. He told us the best method of transportation along with must see sights. At any other location we would have had to ask but here we did not have to.
Great location, could not be better! Very helpful staff. Wonderful historic building.
