la vicinanza con il centro e con i mezzi Non ho trovato il servizio che mi aspettavo in un albergo di quattro stelle: come ad esempio il cambio delle lenzuola e asciugamani, la colazione non era rapportata allo standard di "buffet" internazionale |

Good hotel location and a very nice, historical room. Breakfast was not wery good - weak selection. There was only instant coffe. |

Comfy beds, great bathroom, nice staff, good breakfast, close to Prague Castle. Only about 10 channels on TV, and none of them in English. Directions via public transport not posted. Had to hike up the steep hill with our heavy luggage because we didn't know that Tram 22 and 23 stop right above the hotel. |

Von unserem Deluxe-Zimmer tolle Aussicht über die ganze Stadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Das alte Gebäude hat einen ganz eigenen Charme. Die Lage ist das große Plus, das Zimmer war gemütlich. Heizung und TV defekt, Reparatur fand nicht statt. Man sagte uns, wo ein Radiator zu finden ist, den wir selbst ins Zimmer schieben mussten. Service gab es schlichtweg nicht. Der Parkplatz für 17 EUR/Tag ist definitiv nicht bewacht, sondern einfach auf der Straße für Hotelgäste reserviert. Restaurant geschlossen. Personal? Zwei Leute gesichtet! Vier Sterne sind das nicht, schön war es trotzdem. |

Großartige Lage. Geschichte des Gebäudes. Größe der Zimmer. Die nächtliche Stille. Gute Verkehrsanbindung (auch ohne direkten Metro-Anschluss). Feundliches Personal, angenehme Atmosphäre. Solides Frühstück. |

Parkplatzreservierung war ein Witz. Sekt war nicht auf dem Zimmer als Beigabe zur Buchung. Frühstück war mangelhaft und das Personal überlastet. |
