Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo dobre śniadania, urozmaicone I smaczne. Duży pokój.

Brak parkingu przy hotelu. Duża ilość schodów przy wejściu do hotelu, małe okna w pokoju.

Complimentary drink on arrival. Tea and coffee facilities in room. The breakfast was lovely (except they ran out of croissant before I could try one).

We stayed for the last night of our holiday as a luxury. The restaurant was closed, the bar was closed and the receptionist told me that it was already late at 9.50pm! The room was very small for a deluxe room and definitely not soundproof (as described in the facilities) the we could hear the people in the neighbouring room talking and laughing at half past midnight. We were not shown the chapel or gift shop listed under facilities. The paperwork in the room said they deal with your luggage but the receptionist was (in my opinion) sarcastic when I asked if they would move our luggage from the room into storage until we were picked up for the airport. This hotel was nearly 3x the price of the other 2 hotels we stayed in on our holiday as did not deliver as I expected.

The amenities are perfect, the old monastery hospital, completely renovated and adapted to a very cosy hotel has an unique atmopshere. The breakfast room is unique in Prague with the view to the whole city. The service is quite good, breakfast rich and varied

Some people from the personell were almost too accomodating, somebody has to tell them, that less is sometimes more. You have to be prepared to hear the church bells from the nearby monastery from 6 AM in the morning. That's the only thing which could make your trip to this hotel a little bit unpleasant. The WiFi doesn't work very well in the rooms. In some of the rooms there is non of a WiFi to find, the walls are probably too thick.

The staff were all great! From reception to the restaurant to housekeeping. They were all very friendly, helpful and sweet. We had a very nice and relaxing time in Prague

The hike up to the hill

The hotel is located near the Prague Castle and offers a fantastic view of the city. The staff is excellent and the room was of a very good size.

The staff and facilities of the hotel were outstanding and exceeded our expectations for a 4 star hotel. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff was polite and helpful which made our stay there more relaxing than ever.

Best city views of any hotel in Prague. Hotel staff that go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable and trouble free as possible.

Everything! The hotel is very nice and clean, interior is great, staff is the best.

We didn't know it's hard to get to hotel by public transportation, so we get lost (the tram line is out of service so left us in the middle of nowhere) and take 2 hours to arrive to hotel.

The hotel is built in a beautiful historic structure The staf absolutely exceptional for availability and professionalism the rooms very comfortable even though austere, splendid recovery of original materials (floors and ceilings) the hotel is in a superb location absolutely recommended

Everyrthing was rahter good. We had no problems during our staying at hotel. Friendly staff. Our room was always clean. I was pleased with range of dishes for breakfast, but it was the same from day to day. It isn't a problem, if you don't have a long stay (for 10 days, like me). And of course, perfect location of the hotel - you need 10 minutes walking, and you behind Pražský hrad. Also there is a tramway station near the hotel, and tramway #22 gets you to metro station Malostranská.

The one minus - it's rather cold in the room, especially in the bathroom.

Good price for a central location (even though the way back home is uphill); nice staff, especially at the reception, always trying to help; confortable room; free internet; great view in breakfast room; the daily cleaning of the bedroom was also veryy well done

The insonorization is not very good, we could hear the brazilian ladies next door; the elevator is really noisy, it probably bothers people staying in the nearer bedrooms; decoration is a bit oldfashioned

Quiet, little hotel on calm street. It's a historical building with exellent view to monastery garden and Prague city from dining room. Great location, near to Prague Castle, only 5 mins of walking, fast and easy getting to down town by tram. Kind, helpful english and german speaking staff. Good service. Good food. Tidy, clean accommodations. Mansard rooms are large enough. Recommended for those who wants to avoid noisy environment and looks for spending time in relaxed atmosphere.

free WiFi did not work on the last day, impossible to adjust constant temperature in the shower, wooden tiles on the floor were loose, the two beds were moving over the wooden floor

Excellent view from the Hotel to Hradchany. Also fine to start with city tour directly from the hotel door. Breakfast is very good.

This hotel has an excellent location within walking distance to Hrad and other Prague attractions. Tram 22 station is also very close and offer connection to the old town. The Kloster Pivovar Strahov is also few steps away and offer fantastic beer and delicious local food. The free WiFi is working ok as well.

We've booked private parking together with our room reservation but at the arrival front desk person announced us that "parking was canceled". Finally they recognized that parking is actually about 500m away and is close after 10pm. This wasn't mentioned upfront so we got the public parking for the first night. Moreover they asked for the parking fee to be paid before checkout and only in cash. We have to ask for soap and shower gel refill. Breakfast was ok but not really like a 4* hotel.

It was a great location for city view much more than i expected. The building is also one of histrical archtectures.Close to one of brewery. Even I went out for drinking a glass of beer before sleeping, having a nice view of monastry backside of the hotel. Nothing complain on this place, hotel.

Chambre tres confortable, personnel amical. Petit dej avec vue sur la ville.

On est a proximite du chateau donc il faut monter qd on revient du centre.... mais ca vaut la peine
