If you are looking for a hotel with luxury standards then skip this one, but if you are looking for experience in a warm environment with cool staff, good location with unbelievable price then get in. The location of the hotel was very close to a tram line which can easily take you to the city center. When you are tired at evening then that ride you back tp your peaceful environment . I strongly recommend this hotel to people those like nature and want to have valued travel. The young staff are always ready to help with big smile. Since you are on the boat then you have to understand that the compartment walls are not enough strong to protect you from noise outside. The best way to fix this mater is to take a room at the end of corridors which we did and there was not that much disturbance. The restaurant of the hotel was not good, both price and quality.

Nothing, except receptionist staff Mr. Josef. He tried his best to recover all the mistakes done by his colleagues. This hotel has a very bad presentation compared to other hotels with the same classifications. To make this more clear below are the details: 1. poor, or not welcoming at all for new guests, 2. we were not able to have the room we booked through the website (double bedroom), 3. the lady was behaving with us based on "take it or leave it" attitude, 4. although english is the universal language and also the language that we speak but the lady upun our arrival in the afternoon refused to speak with any other language but german or czech, 5. people on the reception (except for the Mr. Jozef) refused to offer turistic information (such as transportation), 6. although is a three stars hotel but during breakfast they showed no hygenic environment at all, 7. when checking out the same lady was in our check in too and she was very rude during check out process

Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Kudos to both Thomas and Joseph for making our stay very pleasant. The general ambience is very pleasant, being on the river with boat traffic constantly passing. There was no unpleasant noise, however. Recomend strongly. There is a restaurant on the upper deck which serves a good menu (not affiliated with the hotel management). But, if you want tap water you must get very aggressive, the serving staff have been instructed to only serve bottled water (to enhance revenue).

30 mins to the old town, ha ha ha, more like 60mins. I Prague be careful of believing what you read on the internet. The train/tram travel times might be pretty acurate but the walking times they mention are a joke. Breakfast here is horrible, dirty coffee, smelly meat, it just wasnt a nice place to eat!!! My tip for Prague, check your map carefully and understand that travel distances can be large. Pay the extra money to stay in town !! I moved into town after one night down at this place. I must thank the staff though for making my leaving early a fair experience for us both.

What I liked the most was that it is a botel. I didn't like that there is no fridge in the room and the shower is a bit small.

Low price hotel, which locate near city center. Good reasons to stay here - fully booked more comfortable hotels in peak time, stopping during car trip, ore a short of money. Near hotel there is a free parking, in price of stay include a breakfast. The hotel personnel is very attentive to visitors.

Comfortable appartement with two rooms for 4 persons. Warm enough (we stayed at December, it was rainy and +6 outside). Good quite location (tram stоp in 700 meters and 20 minutes on tram to the center). Good view on river with swans and ducks. Polite personal, good breakfast. Great quality-to-price value!

Free parking and easy access to town Staff hat poor knowledge of how to get to town with public transport, public transport tickets where only available to pay in cash and more expansive then they should be, even breakfast was until 10am, there was almost nothing on the buffet after 9.30 and staff was not happy to see guests at all.

You are sleeping in a boat that I guess it's the mainly reason to choose this accommodation. The breakfast is ok for the money paid. Even when it's understandable, the room smells to humidity. It was so cold inside of the room, the heater wasn't working as all. The location it's quite far from the town centre.

This botel has a very good location from the point of closeness of tram. Latter can get you wherever you wish. The staff of the botel were freindly to us. The room was clean and under supervision of cleaning girl every morning. The bed linen was a little wet by the way and for the autumn a little uncomfortable. And wi-fi was provided only in lobby.

We decided to stay at this botel, cause we thought it might be fun sleeping on the watter and having drind on the botel teras. The area of the botel is very lovely The staff was terrible, I guess they are undermotivated or something cause they were the most unfriendly bunch we have ever met. No smile no good wibe. The botel is not very clean and I would think about eating a proper meal there. Breakfast was very basic and tables very not cleaned up. We wont be staying in this botel again.

The botel is in a great location away from a city buzz. Everything was fine, just a heads up for travellers - a party boat floating back and forth right next to the botel on weekends :)

This Botel is located in the famous river, as well as the other many botels in this river. The price is good, and the crews are very helpful and speaking nice English. The breakfast is also not so bad, as considering the low price. I should say the location is a bit far away from the train station. However, the transportation is available and easy. But it is not so comfortable to find it when you are just a stranger. I think the boss or the crews should give a more detailed transportation situation to the passengers.

The room was very clean and cleaned every day. The receptionist was so much helpful and tried her best to give us all the info asked for (how to get to the Velkopopovitce to visit the brewery). The breakfast was a buffet with general positions in it. The Botel is quite a longliving that's why furniture is old and old-fashioned though it's not that bad. To get to the city centre we had to tak a bus and then a tram and then a metro!
