Great location, excellent service from everyone on the staff
sight wake up on the sound of swan , duck in the water
breakfast was limited
Everything. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Reception always had good attitude and gave me all informations I've ever needed. Room was nice and had character. Comfortable bed and river view. Breakfast nice and delicious (especially bread). Young men who served breakfast had very interesting attitude (I love it) which made me feel like home. Men in restaurant was lovely (very nice). And I loved this interesting taste of coffee. Everyone who would like to know real Prague should go to this botel. I relaxed like never before. Thank you.
Everything was perfect
The staff is great, very friendly and open hearted.
The food is poor. Menu is the same every day. No changes.
Nice location at the banks of Vltava river, good connection by tram with the city centre (every 4 minutes), helpful staff at the reception.
Plenty of dust and some dead insects on the windowsill through all our stay; repetitive breakfasts, staff sometimes didn't fill in the lack of cheese or plates/bowls; almost not working wi-fi in our room.
parking space no surveillance good tram connection to down-town
bathroom facilities - mystery working shower no internet access at level -1 rooms high margins at reception when buying city tram and bus tickets boring breakfast
The price, location, quiet surroundings, and friendly staff.
No WiFi access in the rooms. Not a lot nearby for quick snacks or food options. Coffee was undrinkable.
It was different being on the river. The room was small but fine. Good mattresses on the beds. Excellent coffee.
The room is noisy if you are in the middle of the botel because of people coming in and out on a metal gangplank. Very poor breakfast selection.
My daughter forget teeth braces! The staff save and send over post. Thank you!
May be noisy ventilation in bathroom!
Focus on customers Help when needed Vocabulary of staff (polite) Bar available Liked reception area
Insect (bitten by spider) / not for allergic! Dripping water outside when raining Breakfast variety missing No good when too hot or too cold Difficulty with windows
The Botel's location is pretty good. Most of the major sights are just a very short Metro or Tram ride away. The breakfast was more than adequate, but things got a bit too hectic during the weekend and the staff was obviously overwhelmed at some points. Everyone got to eat, but some of us had to wait for clean cups to get their coffee because there none available for a few minutes. The staff did everything to make sure were all fed and satisfied though. The receptionists were pretty helpful and they even stored in their fridge some medicine that to be kept refrigerated, since our room lacked a fridge or mini bar. A fan heater was provided when we said that the room was a bit cold during the night. We visited in mid September and the normal heating hadn't started yet. Note that it wasn't THAT cold, but we come from a warm country, so it was pretty cold for us. The front desk also sells tickets for public transport, but they charge a bit (a couple of Koruns, if I'm not mistaken) more than the actual price of the ticket. I don't know whether this is standard practice for ticker re-sellers in Prague. The view was amazing! We could see ducks, swans and rowing teams practicing from our windows.
The walls are pretty thin. One afternoon we could hear a lady that let us say was having lots of fun, while on another night, a group of very loud and possibly very drunk young guests woke me up with their laughter, singing etc.
it is a very quite and peace full place. you could smoke in your room.
the showers are all inter connected so it goes hot and cold. its a fair walk from the tram stop which is 17 or 3. the breakfast wasn't worth getting up for. the quilt was as thick as rice paper so don't go in winter.
The novelty of a Botel seems pretty cool! Regular trams and just 200 metres up the road to the stop. Brilliantly cheap 24hr tram ticket.
Damp and dusky smell to my room. I was the wrong side of the boat and so didn't have the river view others would have.
the fact that it is a boat, quite idyllic and nice, quiet location
would have liked fresh fruit for breakfast.
Breakfast acceptable but the same throughout the stay - 3 days.
Since the arrival staff unacceptable behavior. The hotel manager was away and could not be contacted. Lack of communication and attempt to solve customer problems. Cleanliness is lacking. Old linen to be changed. Internet only reception. Although there were rooms refused to give us rooms overlooking the river.
in general it was a very good hotel, very good and helpful staff.
my partner found 2 minor things wrong, first she found the beds too hard, and the other was the breakfast she said it needed a different selection....
It was old, smelly and dirty, spiders everywhere. There was no Wifi in the room and breakfast was really poor. No romance at all.
bezpłatny parking i względnie dobra lokalizacja to jedyne zalety | free parking and rather good location are the only pros.
odrażający brud, wszędzie gigantyczne pająki (a raczej krwiożercze bestie wraz z pajęczynami), monotonne śniadania bez żadnych warzyw | disgusting dirt, giant spiders (or rather bloodthirsty beasts and their webs everywhere, monotonous breakfast without any vegetables.
name of the boatel
everything is out to get your money
especially its location and the friendliness of the staff.
The bathroom could do with a bit of updating:)
good location, close to tram 17 that takes you directly too the city. The staff is wonderful and makes up for the old botel.
Waking up to the quacking of ducks!
It will be good to have a hair dryer in the room. We were shocked to realise that there was no air con in the room too as we arrived on a hot afternoon.
The breakfast isn't very interesting, but with the price of the rooms in mind it's ok.
