Staff is friendly. Quite well connected to the city center. Breakfast was good too. Price is quite reasonable with the available facilities
WiFi in the room was really slow and had bad connectivity
The staff is friendly and helpful, so they save the day. The price is OK, the parking is important if traveling with a car.
The same breakfast 3 days, with few options. Windows are old, the wind blows through them...
Located just a short tram journey from the city centre this is a great location by the river. Very cheap compared to some hotels around city centre and even includes an ok buffet style breakfast. Staff were quite friendly and helpful and short tram journey tickets available from reception.
Breakfast didn't always seem so fresh resulting in quite stale bread and a bad egg on one day
location on the river - it was quiet
old poor bed, uneven temperature of hot water, I did not like what was offered for breakfast
Very good and responsive staff Very picturesque view from the windows
It was very cold downstairs in the winter Room maid cleaned rooms very bad Wi-fi networks didn't work downstairs Breakfast in the hotel was very poor I would advice to add clothes dryer in the rooms because there is nowhere to dry our clothes There is no blankets in the rooms
Quite good location, bit away from the centre but has convenient transport with 17 tram. Interesting experience to sleep on a boat, so I didn't mind small bathroom. The room was warm and the water was hot. A bit weak wifi in the room. Reception 24h.
Breakfast not so tasty. Room was clean in visible places, but dusty under the window/matress and under the sink. Matress not so comfortable, but it id a boat eventually, besides everything was ok
Great place easily accessible to the center, fantastic view, nice room for the price, pleasant staff, fantastic restaurant views of the river.
The breakfast food was rather economy class :)
Receptionist was lovely. Bed and room comfortable.
Staff in breakfast area were very unfriendly and rude. Extremely unsatisfactory behaviour.
Bad smell (desinfection) Terrible bed
in the room was so cold , the wind came from the window and was nothing to do. i ask for another room and they said all the room are the same
Helpfull staff. Price. Breakfast good for price. Nice to be on the water
The matresses are very hard. The kind of solved this with an extra duvet. Note that I am used to a waterbed. Others had the same problem.
the tram is 8 min by foot from the reception and not so close to botel.
Very friendly staffs Near the tram Scenic view Good breakfast Cosy room, great bed Newly renovated
Everything about it I suppose. I like living on boats
The mattress was very thin.
Great room, simply furnished, clean, warm. Reception staff excellent, welcoming and helpful. Provided guidance about alternative restaurant (local marina restaurant was excellent and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the river towards the city). Tram provided excellent service into town and metro links. Wi-fi excellent when in public areas; not so good in room. Overall excellent value for money. Likely to return when next in Prague.
Breakfast was very simple and Vienna sausage needed to be peeled of coating.
Comfortable beds. Helpful staff especially the bar tender. Evening meal was good and inexpensive. The location is a couple of miles down river from the city centre but trams run every 3-5 minutes so it's not a problem.
Small shower room smelled damp but it was clean. Poor Breakfast, fresh tasty rye bread but no decent coffee or fruit or pastries.Still, at these prices you couldn't expect much.
Easy access on tram 17 or 3 from Prague. Pleasant river view while eating breakfast
Kids running around very noisy up to about 11pm
Basic hotel with an interesting location - on the boat, in a wonderful landscape. The room was cleaned every day. Nice staff. Non varied breakfast, but satisfactory.
The room is too small even in a basic hotel. It was dark on the main street when we came back and the distance from tram station is still too long.
Breakfast was terrible, no fruits, no vegetables, meats and sausages were tragic (just flour).
Great location, excellent service from everyone on the staff
sight wake up on the sound of swan , duck in the water
breakfast was limited
Everything. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Reception always had good attitude and gave me all informations I've ever needed. Room was nice and had character. Comfortable bed and river view. Breakfast nice and delicious (especially bread). Young men who served breakfast had very interesting attitude (I love it) which made me feel like home. Men in restaurant was lovely (very nice). And I loved this interesting taste of coffee. Everyone who would like to know real Prague should go to this botel. I relaxed like never before. Thank you.
Everything was perfect
The staff is great, very friendly and open hearted.
The food is poor. Menu is the same every day. No changes.
Nice location at the banks of Vltava river, good connection by tram with the city centre (every 4 minutes), helpful staff at the reception.
Plenty of dust and some dead insects on the windowsill through all our stay; repetitive breakfasts, staff sometimes didn't fill in the lack of cheese or plates/bowls; almost not working wi-fi in our room.
