I like strong black coffee BUT coffee at breakfast...couldnt drink it..thick as treacle!!

Art nouveau design, very comfortable beds and room, nice staff, garage beneath hotel, comfortable bar, excellent concierge, free wifi, superb position. A very good hotel indeed.

Cost of parking rather high. The fact that a coffee machine was provided in the room but the nespresso coffee and hot chocolate sachets were charged for. Not expensive but it was not necessary for a 5 star hotel to do so.

Lovely hotel, walking distance to all the sights in prague. Breakfast very good. Alcron restaurant excellent.

Beautifully art deco styled, but modern hotel, free upgrade, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location.

The only tea/coffee making facility in the room was a Tassimo coffee machine which didn't actually boil the water for making tea.

Sophisticated hotel in central location with first class service. Comfortable room and bed, excellent breakfast with taxi on tap for airport return.

Bathroom was a little tired and dated and shower sprayed over floor.

Not really a five-star hotel quality of the suites and the building. Worth a four star rating only.

The big rug/mat in my room was crooked. Seems like the cleaning staff were in a hurry. It seemed clean though.

Confortable rooms with excellent breakfast. Good gym and sauna. Nice staff.

Bar prices were very expensive. Reception area could be lighter and brighter. We personally would have liked to have been closer to The Old Town Square. More English TV channels.

The room was wonderful, the staff really looked after us and were so helpful. The hotel was only a seven minute walk to the Old Town.

Nice and helpful staff; good location; clean.

The room was small and so was the bathroom. Very uncomfortable shower into the bathtub. Very noisy at nights (I woke up more than once in 4 nights while I usually sleep very deeply). Low power wireless internet connection into the room (as a matter of facts it was impossible to browse any web page). You'd better to specify your needs if you're going to stay here unless you want to get a 3 stars standard room (plus some sleepers and bathrobes) for a much higher price.

Location was pretty good but if your main focus was to be by the river and the old town there were more convenient hotels around. Access to shopping and night life was good.

As hotel was so busy everyone was made to have breakfast in the Ballroom which was a disaster - chaos at best. We decided to breakfast in our room. Internet worked at only a couple of locations within our room, which was very annoying. For the standard of hotel it it supposed to be, I expected a lot more value for money.

Old and small lobby bar,no room view!!

One of the main reasons for choosing the Radisson Blu was the fact that the Alcron restaurant was advertised as having recently achieved a Michelin star. We have dined in other Michelin Starred restaurants in the uk and on the Continent and we have to say we were disappointed in the standards of the Alcron in relation to other establishments. The principal complaint was with the very erratic standards of service and secondly we were disappointed with the menu that was put forward for Christmas Eve. We were expecting something a little special not, in the main, was an offering of mini portions of what was available in the Rotonde restaurant. A premium price was being charged for this evening but we were lead to believe that the Maitre d, and the head Chef were both on leave and all seemed to be left to the Sommelier and the other staff to cope as best possible. A Michelin Star restaurant? Not in our opinion. We were also disappointed with the level of cigarette smoke which percolates up the stairwell from the main bar and even on the third floor we were well aware of it.

Good location, near the main shopping street and subway train station. Friendly staffs and award winning restaurant (unfortunately was fully booked throughout our trip). Clean and cozy room. And they provide airport transfer at a reasonable price.

The walls were too thin, can hear the room next door very clearly - makes it hard to sleep at night. The water pressure was not as high as preferred.
