The staff were very friendly and helpful.Rooms are spacious especially after a visit to Italy. Breakfasts were yummy too The advert says it says its on the square, but it is actually around the corner from the square with no view. |

High quality and good value of restaurants in the hotel (highly competetive with the other restaurants in the area). I saw on the minibar menu there was a charge for coffees and tea bags. This is uncommon in other radisson hotels I use. Customers may get annoyed if they do not expect to see these charges on their bill |

Friendly flexible staff, seamless check-in at 1.30am in the morning. Nice room, good TV, omlettes cooked to order for breakfast. Was able to get a (paid-for) late check-out. Digging and road works outside hotel over weekend, shower leaked all over bathroom floor, no iron in room (but available upon request). |

The location is the best and main reason why I have chosen this hotel. As well as its excellent service and luxury. The construction across the hotel made a lot of noise on the weekend morning! .. and pity there is no swimming pool. |

Breakfast was great and bigger rooms Toilet bath does not have a curtain and thus when taking shower water spills out of bath tub. I have informed the receiption but been told is due to wrong design and I can be given more towells if I need. I suggest to intall the curtain, but been told that they had tried. If I want, I have to write to their engineering department. |

Excellent service- the front desk organised the sauna to be switched on just for me at very late evening. I also liked the design of rooms, very modern and cozy. The breakfast service to room was timely, but it was not exactly the food I ordered - it was a mixed with other menues as well. However, it was very good. I felt surrounded always by professional staff who does not impose themselves on you with fake keep-smiling, but they are quick and efficient and friendly. I would have liked to have a possibility to open the windows, but the handles have been removed. I did not feel the airconditioning being sufficient, but it is probably because I just need the fresh air.... The drinking glass was dirty with strong lipstick marks from the previous guest. There was also heavy nightclub-bar music one night for some time. |

Unbelievable rooms, they have plenty of suites... And we where soo lucky to get one. We´ve stayed in many 5* hotels, but this one was far most the luxureous of all: price vs luxe vs space. Just w o W. |

After the initial problem with of getting the correct size room everything was extremely pleasant, the reception staff were very professional and the Alcron waiters and chef were top class. Having a 7 year old pianist in the lobby was enchanting but listening to the way her father spoke to her was disturbing............ |

I like the location of the hotel was in walking distance of everything no trams were needed. Hotel staff were great minus one :( but rest where always willing to point you in the right direction and recommend sites and restaurants if you didn't want to eat in the hotel as it was quite expensive. They cocktail menu it didn't have any normal cocktails just there own ones and they were very very pricey. Hotel Restaurant was quite expensive. |

This hotel met the expectations for the 5 star SAS Radisson chain. We found the staff extremely helpful and responsive. Decoration was beautiful and in line with Czech artistic nature. Our room was outstanding in terms of comfort,size and equipment. For cultural visits and shopping the location is better than some other top chain hotels in the city. The gourmet restaurant is top continental class. . The only criticism we have is the high price of the breakfast and the charging of the coffee in the rooms |

The hotel is close to the main tourist attractions. Staff is friendly and the waiters professional. The bathrooms should be looked at. Showering facilities poor. |

Positioning of Hotel was easy to walk and return from city center. The noise from other rooms very particularly bad. We had someone screaming all night.. and it was impossible to sleep during a 3 hour period. |

The room was ok and spacious. The location, whilst on a quiet street it was in a seedier part of the city. For the price they charge the location is awful. The hotel lobby is dated and perhaps it was just that I didn't like Prague as a whole but I really didn't think this hotel was 5 star or value for money. My experience of Raddisson has never been good. |

Service is quite poor. We had to wait for a breakfast table for quite a while and did not even get a cup of coffe while waiting. this is not the what you expect from Radisson's showing 5 stars .... Other comment: Bathroon is bit small and shower gel and other bathing things were quite cheap. |

Location (close to the city centre, metro, railway station), free wireless network, design of the interior. Definitely not one of the best Radisson SAS where I have stayed, for 5* and this price you expect a bit more |

I travel frequently with my wife but until now we have never stayed in a hotel that ticked all the boxes for cleanliness, staff, comfort and value for money. The Radisson SAS Alcron is an exceptional hotel. |

I only stayed for the weekend, however, instantly felt at home. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful, the location was great and the room (exec. club) was very comfortable. |
