The staff were outstanding and Royal Club was real value, especially being this close to the city center. I ordered breakfast in bed every day which was good value. In some area of the hotel, the wifi antennae are badly positioned, and the signal is weak. There was too much smoking in the bar; note that this is not specific to this hotel...it's simply an issue still in the Czech Republic. |

The hotel is centrally located and very good (so good it took us 24 hrs to get out of our room). the restaurant are both very good , especially the Alcron. All in all i would strongly recomend this hotel. On one of the days breakfast was quite busy which seemed to really fluster the staff, we waited a long time to be seated and eventually seated ourselves as a result of which we were never asked if we wanted coffee's, when we asked for coffee's the waitress was quite ignorant and when it arrived the pot was fairly clashed on to the table, a small thing but in this class of hotel i expect better. With how good everything else had been this was just disappointing. |

Loved the meal in the Rotund restaurant, if a bit pricey & with no atmosphere due to lack of customers, it was still worth it..I also loved the location & the free wifi was v helpful.The breakfast was great, with unlimited choice.we had a few problems at the hotel, as stated below, but we have received an apology from the hotel & they are being resolved now , which is very good. check in wasnt great & reception staff werent great to sort out a particular problem for us, I cut my toe on a sharp egde of furniture in my room & no plasters were available in the hotel which I found very bad for this standard of hotel |

The rooms were well appointed and beds quite comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance of the major attractions in the historic part of Prague. We enjoyed our stay very much and the continental breakfast included a variety of foods and a good quantity. We did not have very good luck at the hotel for dinner; our food was served late without a good explanation. The restaurant is higher that surrounding restaurants for the quanity and type of food. |

Very good bed, the best I have ever had. Nice, clean, confortable room. Really a good quality food for breakfast - the choice is similar every morning but there is always a choice which satisfies everybody's taste. Staff, I have experienced was professional and polite. Very nice stay, we enjoyed and definitely come back again. Only one suggestion: Hotel parking 900 CZK (35 EUR) / day - ridiculous for a hotel where you pay few hundreds euros for a room. Fine for illegal street parking is app. 1500 CZK, so it comes cheaper for more than 2 days with possible penalty, if you get one. I think they should do something with the parking policy. For breakfast they charge you actually less than parking... what's about to have weekend rates for parking ? |

First-amazing, trained staff. Second-exellent location in the city center.Large room. I would recommend to avoid very late return to hotel, because of some suspicious teens walking around. I cannot call myself muscleless but I experienced some unpleasant moments. |

The Hotel is in a quite place & very close to the entairtainment & shoping discrits. The hotel Staff is very friendly. The only problem is thay we found the room a bit tight not so spacious. |

The hotel was very good, clean, close to the center of the city and definitely i will propose it to friends in case of visit. Two minor points: 1st a small issue with air-conditioning/ventilation, because it is not possible to switch it off from the local control, but only to reduce the flow. 2nd the drainage system of the bath needs unclogging |

Location!!! Just a few meters from Wenceslas Square and two blocks from the old town. This is a truly 4-star hotel with a budget price. The staff was very helpful, Internet access was flawless and free |

Very cordial staff n excellent service... Breakfast was superb ... The room was commfortable n well kept. However, the bathroom tub needs a curtain ... Being big in size I had the bathroom floor flooded during my shower... Taxi was quite expensive ... especially the one that tokk us to the Main Railway Staation. It would take us only 5 minutes by walk but the Taxi charged 250 Czech Kroners (10 Euros). |
