Everything was fine: room is clean, WiFi was working in my room as well as printer at the lobby, so I was able to print my tickets. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly, they speak English (mostly everybody) and Russian (some of them). Location is good: 3 minutes to tram/metro and center of old city is reachable by walking (20-25 minutes). There is no table in a room: I used my laptop in a bed which is not very convenient. There is no curtain in a bath, so after taking a shower bathroom floor is full of water. TV has only 4 channels. I didn't find air conditioner, it should be a problem during summer.

Friendly staff. Breakfast provided was more than adequate and offered a varied choice. Room was very clean and a good size. Hotel is well placed to easy access to trams and walking distance to most attractions in Prague.

The location of the hotel although not in the city centre, is very close to the metro which turned to be a fantastic aid to our movement about the city. The hotel is on one of the higher levels of the city, therefore if you intend to head into the city centre, it is good that you have the facility of en excellent public transport system to return to the hotel which would be quite an incline if walking. On the whole, the Hotel was ideal for a short city break. However the only things I could suggest the hotel could improve on, is that in a double room, they could supply a double duvet, rather than two single duvets, which we had.The other is to make sure the restaurant is fully stocked up, on two occasions we went to the hot plate within the restaurant, to find there was very little, or nothing left within, also there was no butter/spread available for our bread on the last day. The hotel states that breakfast is available until 10-00am, so there should be ample provisions, until that time. These are minor issues, but if these items were addressed, there would be no issues at all

Location, room choice was good as it was on a busy road and we were at the back of the hotel. Reception staff very friendly and hospitable. Comfortable bed. The cleanliness could have been better, room/furnishings looked very tired/worn. There were no tea/coffee making facilicities, storage space as we were there for 5 days was very limited. The lift to our floor (4th) was very smelly. The buffett breakfast was very scant/cold (scramled eggs-vegetables-hotdogs !!!!), no toast making facility. Would recommend the Raffaello but would have to be honest about the downside.

The female front desk staff was very nice and helpful. She answer all our questions on how to get to various locations throughout the city. We where also pleasantly please at how modern the room was. The breakfast buffet was not the best. The food was not warm enough and the eggs were always runny and cold.

Location. Antique mattresses on beds No chair or desk No shower Breakfast juices watered down Rooms have no air conditioning so your only option is to open the window but the front is a very busy street and the back overlooks the beer garden of an Irish pub (at least the pub shuts around 11). The umbrellas in the smoking area in the back garden were taken down when it started to rain to ensure no cover and wet tables and chairs. Security - We came back to our room one day to find a room key card that was not ours in the power slot inside the door. Assuming this was a master key that belonged to housekeeping we attempted to return it to reception, who suggested that we should keep it as a spare for ourselves! We did manage to convince them to take it from us but there was still no comprehension of the security risk that this card posed. Definitely not a four star hotel.

The location was very good, 50m from the metro station, aprox. 10 min walk to the city centre. It was rather quite in the room at night, so the sleep was good. Hotel staff somehow unintersted. Minibar very expensive. Have not used airconditioning ... but have not seen one either, so in very hot days it can be a problem. The rooms with a window at the main road should be very noisy. We got a room on the other side.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and did try to ensure your stay was comfortable. The room was clean. The water was very hot in the bathroom, often a problem for hotels. You could book tours, days out at the reception desk which was good because we knew that the booking would be safe and confirmed and we did not know the area. The control of room temperatures was poor, it was very humid and did not appear to have air conditioning. The television channel selection was poor a 4 star international hotel should offer sky. The traffic and general level of noise was loud to the point of intolerable in the night and early morning. The breakfast offered in the room price was frankly appalling and needs drastic improvements to be made asap. The food was dry and was not presented attractively, the choice of hot food on offer was poor. We only went down for breakfast once. It was the only time that the staff were not up to scratch. The location was not as we understood from the description, the site we booked on described it as being in Wencelas Square and it is not.

Good breakfast and great location close to the metro and trams. In walking distance to Muzeum, and the big main street. The service personnel at the breakfast seemed overworked and had trouble keeping up with the breakfast flow.
