Check in was efficient and it was a nice room that was adequately clean. We were able to walk to the hotel from the main train station. We also walked to Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. Breakfast was decent as well. There were a lot of steps--so be prepared for that if you have a stroller or wheelchair. |

The hotel was ideally situated for the Metro and the tram lines. Although it was on a busy street, our room was quiet and not affected by traffic noise. The room was nicely decorated and although not spacious, it was fine for what we needed and a good price It was disappointing that there wasn't a proper shower as such. The staff in the breakfast room couldn't speak English, and the choice of food wasn't great - each boiled egg that we broke appeared not to be boiled, one of the choices was cauliflower and broccoli and on the 2nd day, the toaster had disappeared. when we asked they didnt understand the word toaster, and then someone else answered - 'gone'. |

Centrally located The breakfast was not good. had to ask for everything to be added. For improvement: Bathroom, put a screen on the bathtub and the showerhead on the wall. Now the bathroom was full of water constantly, by putting the screen this will save cleaningtime and clean towels |

The hotels was amazing value for money and in a perfect location for the city centre. 100 yds from the metro (not that you would know) and only 5 minute walk into the city centre. The room was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpfull, nothing was too much trouble. I would deffinatly recomend the duplex appartment, with its seperate kitchen, sitting area sleeping and two bathrooms it was home away from home. Very highly recommended. |

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the room. The beds were very large and comfortable. I did not like the road noise from the bedroom. Also the reception/lounge area was very small and was being used for smoking and there was no other lounge area t use. There was nowhere to have a hot drink - tea making facilities should be provided. |

The Receptionist was extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The location was not as central as expected, however the underground is very close. |

Good location close to metro and trams that enabled us to travel at leisure using the 5 day ticket that we believe was reasonably priced Did not have full shower screen and no hot water for 1.5 days |

The buffet breakfast was absolutely excellent. It would be unreasonable to expect better. One or two chairs and perhaps a small desk would have been good in the room. The guest internet was not working for 2 days and the staff did not seem to take any action to fix it, although one staff member arranged for us to use the internet at another hotel nearby. |

The room was quite clean and silent, with a window to the inner yard. A safe was very useful with enough space for a netbook and an slr camera. The breakfast was nice. The lack of chairs and table was irritating. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The signal strength of the wireless internet connection was poor in the room. |

Very quiet and clean, staff very friendly, breakfast good. Location on very busy road,parts of which looked quite shabby. I would have liked somewhere to relax, probably a small bar or lounge. |

staff at the hotel were very good. Gave us a full run down on things to do. The hotel itself was very secure with a 24hr intercom system to gain entry. |

Good location and excellent security, free safety deposit box in the room, acceptable choices at breakfast, comfortable room and extremely helpful staff. Located on main road so rooms at the front could be noisy. |

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Location was good for my particular purpose. Could not adjust air condition/temperature in the room and it was too warm. I asked for an extra hour until checkout since I was attending a seminar, but was not allowed this without paying for an extra night. Wireless Internet did not work reliably, and it too a couple of hours to get connected. |
