Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Proximity to airport and the breakfast buffet was quite nice. We chose this hotel only because of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, which was clearly stated on the website. However the shuttle doesn't run at weekends, which we didn't find out until we were at the airport. We had to catch a bus and then carry our luggage a reasonable distance. Very, very unimpressed with this. When pushed, they did agree to fund a taxi the next morning for us to the airport. Even the booklet in the room advertising all the Ramada Hotels stated that they had a shuttle and it didn't mention anything about only running Monday to Friday. Also, out of three pillows on the bed, one had no pillowcase and one was dirty. Also there was long dark hair in the bed. This was remedied when I requested it. |

I travel to Europe every 3 months and stay in 50-70 hotels per year. It is very difficult to find such a good hotel for such a price. Perfect for business trip. Hotel withing walking distance from the airport - this is information on the site. It is not true. There is shuttle bus, so no problem. But once shuttle bus was broken. |

cannot find single item to describe only one undersized cart available for luggage, fridge contents did not match the posted list, poor or rather virtualy non-existent sellection of snacks and drinks after the kitchen hours. Despite us reporting the fridge actual contents no action was taken by the hotel. Hotel Tranzit experience was excellent. |

Despite being next to Terminal 3, it was quiet at night. Comfortable & clean. Shuttle bus from the other terminals only goes until 10pm - afterwards taxi needed. |

ホテルが第3ターミナルの横にあり、第1ターミナルや第2ターミナルに到着した場合は、バスに乗って、第3- ターミナルまで移動する必要があります。最初は分からず、迷いました。でも、それ以外は設備も良くいいホテ- ルでした。 |

ホテルへのバス乗り場が分かりづらいとレビューがのっていたので、事前にメールにて乗り場を知らせてほしい- 旨２度メールをしたが、返事はなかった。案の定わからず、到着の日は夜も遅かった為タクシーを利用。リムジ- ンバスというよりも大きいワゴン車で空港から電話をすれば迎えにきてくれたらしいです。その後街までいくの- に２度程のせてもらいました。到着の際空港からホテルに電話をすれば迎えにきてくれるようです。 |

Ho scelto questo hotel perchè sulla mappa era segnalato a pochi passi dal terminal 2 passeggeri, non e' vero !!! Si trova a circa tre chilometri di distanza dalla zona aeroportuale pubblica ed ho dovuto prendere un taxi sia all'andata che al ritorno, una cosa inaudita !!! Si prega correggere la posizione sulla mappa. |

Det ville være ønskeligt at der var varmt vand på badeværelset. Personalet vidste at der ikke var varmt vand, men sagde ikke noget ved in checkning.Det er simpelhen for dårligt. |

案内では空港から１００ｍと書いてありましたがタクシーでなければ行けませんでした。片道200コルナ…約- 800円かかりました。空港へはホテルの車が無料で送ってくれましたが… レセプションの女の子があまり良い感じで有りませんでした。ちょっと態度が大きいかな～？ |

Dans la description,on indique 0,1 km de distance de l'aeroport a vol d'oiseau ce qui est vrai mais de l'autre coté du tarmac au terminal 3. il faut obligatoirement prendre un taxi ou une navette pour se rendre à l'hotel ou pour bouger de l'hotel.sur la description on parle de forme(spa,)oui mais au terminal 2 ou 1 au centre donc encore un deplacement et certain jour seulement. |

Das Zimmer war sauber und völlig in Ordnung, ebenso wie das Frühstück. Ein Flughafenhotel ohne Bar - ein absolutes Unding! Nach 22h bekommt man keine Getränke mehr... |

abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte e il prezzo che abbiamo pagato è esagerato (€110) la colazione nel sacchetto, navetta che parte solo dalle 6, abbiamo dovuto pagare un taxi (non è stata una scelta azzeccata) le indicazioni non erano esatte: 8 minuti dall'aeroporto ma in macchina e non a piedi e poi non si trovava al terminal 2 ma al termina 3 (bastava segnalarlo) per trovarlo ci abbiamo messo 2 ore |
