I travel to Europe every 3 months and stay in 50-70 hotels per year. It is very difficult to find such a good hotel for such a price. Perfect for business trip. Hotel withing walking distance from the airport - this is information on the site. It is not true. There is shuttle bus, so no problem. But once shuttle bus was broken. |

For my early flight, this hotel had no problem. I could use shuttle bus, but its time schedule was not punctual. |

cannot find single item to describe only one undersized cart available for luggage, fridge contents did not match the posted list, poor or rather virtualy non-existent sellection of snacks and drinks after the kitchen hours. Despite us reporting the fridge actual contents no action was taken by the hotel. Hotel Tranzit experience was excellent. |

Despite being next to Terminal 3, it was quiet at night. Comfortable & clean. Shuttle bus from the other terminals only goes until 10pm - afterwards taxi needed. |

Very comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. The rate that was charged in Czech crowns was more than was quoted in Euros on the website. |

Yes. Shuttle was not operating, which is the sole reason we chose this hotel. They did not cover costs or help with alternate transportation. Food and drink was overpriced, with location dictating no other options. |

1. There is no direction in the airport to guide me to the hotel; 2. Actually the hotel locates in Terminal 3, which is 4 bus stop away from Termial 1 & 2. I did not get this information before. So it is very inconvenient for the guests to get there and is confused to be an airport hotel |

Smoking lobby, free shuttle Upon arrival, you had to go to a specific travel agency at the airport (terminal 1 arrivals, exit E) so they would call the shuttle which was mentioned nowhere. Staff was borderline rude. No facilities at the domestic terminal nearby. |

the roominess and comfort of the bed, the of the room is very clean the hotel advertises free shuttles, but it took a lot of effort to contact the hotel for pick up; the distance from the hotel is not as close as one is led to believe while the commercial shuttles are too expensive for the distance as an alternative |

Ho scelto questo hotel perchè sulla mappa era segnalato a pochi passi dal terminal 2 passeggeri, non e' vero !!! Si trova a circa tre chilometri di distanza dalla zona aeroportuale pubblica ed ho dovuto prendere un taxi sia all'andata che al ritorno, una cosa inaudita !!! Si prega correggere la posizione sulla mappa. |

Det ville være ønskeligt at der var varmt vand på badeværelset. Personalet vidste at der ikke var varmt vand, men sagde ikke noget ved in checkning.Det er simpelhen for dårligt. |
