The staff were friendly.Conveniant for airport and free shuttle. Aircon wouldnt switch off in my room which made room hot and noisy.Staff tried their best to help but to no avail.Lack of facilities, expensive minibar etc.Nothing at all nearby.Overpriced for such a basic hotel.I would not recommend.

The location was perfect for us as it was close to the Terminal from where we took a flight the next day. The staff were superbly helpful. Unfortunately the lights in our bedroom did not work well- one of the lights had no bulb and no spare bulb was available.

A basic and a bit outdated Ramada, typical airport hotel. Free car park on the back of the building. The reservation system needs improvement. When I got there they could not find my booking even tho I had and showed them the booking.com confirmation email. It took them 15 min to eventually find it.

Close to airport Booked this hotel on Booking .Com. The hotel ended up overcharging me $ 50 Euro. They said they didn't see I booked it on the website? This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a 3 star business hotel at best.

Just nice hotel - close to the airport and far away from the city center There is nothing around - no bars, no shops. You have to go to the city.

Convienence for the Airport. Free shuttlebus Location next to Term 3 which is not main passenger terminals so free Shuttle bus required. All Staff seemed quite grumpy.

The receptionest was proffesional & helpful. What I didn't like was for the amount of money the hotel is charging, there wasn't even a decent meal on the menu to choose from and for breakfast there was no staff assisting any of the guests if we wanted to order something other than what is displayed on the table. More over there wasn't even a decent choice if coffee. This from my prospective is absolutly unacceptable; I would preferre Holiday Inn over Ramada which was just a few minutes away just solely based on the cleanes and welcoming atmosphere. Wasn't worth my money to stay at Ramade. This will be the first and last for me.

It was nice and new in the rooms and it was close enough to the airport for us as we had a car but one would have to take a taxi outside of the shuttle times. It was in a very quiet area.. The restaurant did not have a great selection and was quite pricey for the experience. The airport shuttle did not start early enough to accomodate our flight plan.

This hotel was in a great location for our last night in Prague. We had an 8:15 morning flight so we wanted to be close to the airport. The hotel is at terminal three, which is a short drive to terminal one and our flight. I wish the breakfast buffet was served a half hour earlier. We weren't able to stay for it and make our 8:15 flight.
