Execellent location professional staff
Bed was not comfortable at all
We did not receive our breakfast package on our very early departure.
Location - access to key sites, restaurants, transport hubs. Room comfortable and clean.
Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful whilst others aren't so friendly. Would expect a better breakfast for the price of the hotel. There was plenty of food and variety but the quality of some of the food was average. Wi-fi is configured to disconnect all of the time which is frustrating.
Location was key, everywhere was walking distance. Although you could use public transport which was a stone away. Breakfast was good, room clean, bathroom very spacious based on 3 of us sharing. Overall I was very happy.
The bed was a bit hard & there could have been an additional blanket in the room & a few more towels.
Excellent location - very central for sightseeing. Huge selection of food at breakfast to suit all tastes.
Had a great stay, hotel could not have been better located. The city itself is steeped in history and we were so glad to have taken the 6 hour tour with a very knowledgeable guide, which included a boat trip, a walk about and lunch. Well worth a visit.
Very good place in the city center and the train station.. Everything was good except the taxi ride they got me.. Bartender was fantastic went out of his way to help me out..
Since I got the taxi from the hotel..(they called in) I thought I will not get taken for a ride :-(.. It was 3 times!!. Always ask for the price before getting into the taxi or put your phone GPS and make sure the drives knows you know where he is going.. Heat did not work in the room one day..
Location is perfect near to everything , staff was really nice and the room was really great.

Location Breakfast menu
excellent location, comfortable room, friendly and supporting staff
selection of breakfast limited
Staffs were not kind at all. They overcharged almost CZK700 to me.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money
There was a bit of a smell in the room but we didn't figure out what is was.
The fantastic and wide ranged breakfasts. The location - very useful and central.
We were surprised and alarmed when we arrived only to be told they did not have a room for us because we hadn't booked with them directly. We explained our view and concern about this, and they did find us a room. Maybe it was something lost in translation.
probably the worst hotel I've ever been to.Wi-fi is a no-go.Have to reconnect every 5 mins.Staff? - Meh...Concidering the price it'll do.Next time I'll seek for other place to stay. For some people to compare,it's like a Super 8 motel somewhere in Nebraska.
All was FINE
i couldn't fault this hotel, the staff were lovely. it was good value for money
i have nothing to complain about
Location was perfect for both sightseeing and shopping. Comfortable and clean room.
Breakfast could have been better, with more warm food selections.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city, all main attractions are in walking distance. The hotel itself is an average four star place and if you get a special deal, it is definitely value for money.
The location was perfect near everything.facilities in room were reasonable.
WiFi connection was very bad.disconnecting every few minutes with need to reinsert password every time. When informed reception to fix it they send repair man who told me to stay beside room door the signal becomes very weak inside the room due to distance from the wiFi spot in the floor. The view from the room was bad looking at back showing only other rooms windows. didn't like breakfast.
Spacious room. staffs were friendly.
a bit old facilities.
The location is ideal. Step outside the hotel door right onto one the best streets with loads of shops, bars and restaurants. Out of the hotel door and a few doors up on the left is cosmo a fantastic restaurant / bar. There is even a public 24 hour attended open air car park at the top of the hill just around to the left - we drove to Prague in a long wheel base van and parked each night easily for a about 900czk / £25 per night. Hotel was very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast selection.
First impression only really of the small very narrow glass entrance to hotel - don't be fooled this expands to the rear to a large very comfortable hotel.
- Great value for money - Great location - Helpful staff - Very comfy beds - Would stay again.
I liked the location and also the size of the room . Breakfast was quite nice.
Extra charge for ice and tea coffee maker
