Cortesia e simpatia del personale. Tutti sapevano parlare inglese. Cucina molto buona, stile italiano rivisitato, ma sapori molto buoni. Struttura in linea con il prezzo.

Niente ascensore.

Excellent location, just near the main square in Pilsen. Good price. Fair internet connection and speed. Old style building.

Parking place a bit difficult to access. Maybe a momentary issue but nobody was at the reception, waited for about 15 minutes someone to come.

Location was unbeatable; right across from a tram stop, and half a block from the main square. Walking distance to the Pilsner Urquell brewery too! Staff were friendly (by Czech standards) and helpful. Breakfast buffet was varied, and included fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and cereal, which is certainly beyond the usual cold cuts and cheese Czech standard.

Room was small (less than 200 square feet), no place to set suitcases (and we travelled just with carry-on bags) and shower stall was miniscule. This was the first Czech hotel at which we stayed that was carpeted rather than hardwood floors and the carpet was filthy. Room and bath were clean though. Room was noisy at night, but that is simply the downside of the great location on the tram line and close to the square.

Location is good. A metro station just opposite to the hotel. Room and bathroom are big .

It's really noisy. Restaurants and bars are right under the hotel. You can hear people speak loudly.The metro through all night.

Perfect and more perfect location, 1 minute walkdistance from mainsquare and beer museum, 15 minutes to Pilsner plant.

There is no air-confitioner. And with open windows very noisily because of the trams.

Nice hotel, not too expensive. Double room size is ok. Good breakfast.

Never take a single room. It size of dog house, seriously. Bathroom was bigger then the room. No window. The only window was a roof type, so no view from it whatsoever.

Fiendly and helpful staff, location (city centre), price

Clean room. Staff helpful -- though it was curious. We seemed to be the only guest the night we were there. A firend who lives in Plzen told us this was the best lodging in town (after we had made the reservation). Right off Old Town Square. Parking is a little clumsy, but it works -- you have to walk around the hotel to the lot in the back, and the staff takes your bags out through the kitchen. They have to let you out of the lot; there is a bollard that they have to lower.

Straight in the middle of Plzen, for 39€ and the hotel/restaurant/personal was great, good value for the money.

The parking could be smoother, but the personal solved it good in day-to-day basis. Also the distance, the parking is behind the hotel, but you have to walk around the block to reach it.

Great staff, great cuissine

The room was very clean and organized when we for there. Staff was very nice and spoke English! Their laundry service is fast and reasonable. The only down side is that the walls are very thin so we could hear everything in the hall and other rooms. On Friday night there is a karaoke somewhere around the building and you can hear everything!
