Upgrade to a bigger better room on requested, clean and comfort room, big flat screen TV, free internet, helpful female staff in general A short uphill walk from nearest tram station, 15 mins walk to metro station |

The location, the room's design and the very satisfatory breakfast. Not all the staff know how to deal with clients. We didn´t fell welcome. Quetions were asked about my five years old daughter (that she couldn't sleep with us and had to pay 10 euros/day for her breakfast). |

It has breakfast, and the breakfast was good. Since it is hard to find breakfast around the hotel ares, it is a really good idea that you get breakfast in your room package. The staff were nice and helpful comparing to the most of the people in town who even did not know how to speak English, the staff were speaking fluently. The location was not good, it was far from old town and downtown. |

This hotel has an excellent view to the Petříně hill, which is a park full of trees. The rooms are well designed and there is a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. The breakfast is the best we ate on our vacations. And there is free wifi internet in the rooms. It was a 15 minute walk to the centre of the city, but the tram no 20 stopped near the hotel |

Great hotel. Attractive rooms. Good location for exploring Prague. The receptionists were very helpful and multi-lingual. Good breakfast. An all-around great stay. Highly recommend. Good value for the money. |

This hotel was attractive, stylish and the staff was extremely professional and helpful. I recommend taking their offer for taxi transport from the rail station or airport. Breakfast was excellent. It was a little further from the center of Prague than we expected. It was certainly a walkable distance but not one you do lightly. Next time I would take a tram (only $1 each way) at least one way to reduce wear and tear given the sidewalks and streets are all cobblestone in this area. |

Very comfortable & clean hotel. Staff spoke very good English & were very helpfull. Within 15 min walking distance to central Prague. Parking was extra, was controlled access but about 400 mtrs away. The parking facilty was not colocated to the hotel, the lot used for the hotel was overgrown w/ weeds. |

Our room was very comfortable and spacious. It was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were friendly and dealt with any queries we had. The hotel was about a 15 - 20 minute walk from the centre but the tram stop was near by and were easy to use. |

The staff speak very good English and were very helpful. It is located within walking distance to city centre. Lovely Hotel. Excellent breakfast! No - would definitely stay again! |

close to the centre, nice park on other side of the road, clean, comfy they are quite dishonest about the room price and use the old exchange rate trick to make you pay about 8 euro more per day than the official rate. and since you can only pay in CZK, there is no way to avoid this |

Cool design, incredibly good and innovative breakfast in beautiful space. No alternative to the very large pillows & we were given a blue room even though we ordered a red room (and the blue is more blue-green than blue). Many rooms face a trafficked street. |

Overall a great hotel! Excellent location, superb room, a nice welcome and a great value for money. A very good choice for someone who want to discover wonderful Prague. Parking facilities are not that great. Very small, tricky and expensive parking available through the hotel. |

The hotel staff were excellent! They were very friendly and helpful, especially when I asked for their advice on how to get to certain attractions. The room was extremely clean, well designed and air conditioned. It looked brand new. We loved it and would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. |

hotel is nice and comfortable,very helpful staff.good location in nice area not far from old town,and trams around corner that bring you to centre a bit noisy from my room with windows open from traffic on road.it could do with a few more english speaking stations on tv. |

Facilities, beds and price are okay. Breakfast is good. Make sure in summer you do not get a room on 6th floor; very hot... Staff was ok but not super friendly. |

Well-kept and deserving of its star rating. Helpful and competent staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable, stylish, modern, and clean. Quiet. Climate control a bit weak or limited. No view. Shower stall tiny but functional. One day, we were told that housekeeping was "leaving" at about 12:00 and they had to come in and clean up then or it wouldn't happen. Location a bit out of the way. |

the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is big and nice also, the design is modern, free internet right on your bed in the comfort of your room. the location is not exactly in city center , yet very easy access to city , nearly 5 minutes walk to catch the tram. |

Great location, 15 minute walk to St. Charles Bridge. The staff was very pleasant & answered all our questions. The room was modern & clean. Be careful when using the parking garage. It was very narrow & we scrapped the side of the car. Unless you have a small, small car be careful. The only problem was with the air conditioner. It is pre-set & you can't get it any cooler. |
