hotel is nice and comfortable,very helpful staff.good location in nice area not far from old town,and trams around corner that bring you to centre

a bit noisy from my room with windows open from traffic on road.it could do with a few more english speaking stations on tv.

Well-kept and deserving of its star rating. Helpful and competent staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable, stylish, modern, and clean. Quiet.

Climate control a bit weak or limited. No view. Shower stall tiny but functional. One day, we were told that housekeeping was "leaving" at about 12:00 and they had to come in and clean up then or it wouldn't happen. Location a bit out of the way.

the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is big and nice also, the design is modern, free internet right on your bed in the comfort of your room.

the location is not exactly in city center , yet very easy access to city , nearly 5 minutes walk to catch the tram.

Very nice design, plesant staff, we had really good time. The bar is also nice.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful. We enjoyed watching the football game in the bar.

i stayed in the top floor, the room need more ventilated.

The room was perfect: clean, new, quit big for such type of hotels. New TVset with english chanels. The staff was polite. The hotel can organize a sightseeing tour or/and a taxi to the airport.

Breakfast was really poor. I have never seen such poor breakfast in my life... No slippers. Too far from the center and after the long walk through Prague it's difficult to walk back to the hotel.

The service was excellent and the attention unbelieveble....the rooms are very clean and the breakfast very good.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel,the beds were very comfortable and the price was extremely fair which made the holiday more enjoyable for students looking for a weekend to relax. I would definately stay again at this hotel.

I would have appreciated a bigger continental selection at breakfast.

Room was very nice designed, modern and clean, everything is new, we enjoyed our staying there and would like to come back again.

We were staying on the 2 floor, so we could hear the staff door in the kitchen, which opened/closed regularly in the morning. Also while breakfast it is quite annoying. This point is to be considered by the hotel management.
