Lovely hotel at a quiet location. Rooms were new and spacious.

It's a tad far from main area but the walk is good cos of many great stuff to see along the way

Good service

I liked it's modern comfortable design, spacious room and bathroom for it's price, and proximity to Petrin Hill. The staff were courteous and friendly. It's a 10 minute tram ride to Charles Bridge and there is a tram every few minutes. You are very close to the action but quiet and peaceful at the same time

There is plenty of choice for breakfast but the coffee is very poor.

Excellent staff, nice hotel, good location, great for runners, running in Kinski Gardens is great. Nice size rooms, nice lighting, nice furniture

Weird pillows, very uncomfortable, joke breakfast - I have travelled all over Europe, but seeing salty snacks and peanuts for breakfast is quite something. Very un- inspiring choice of food for breakfast.

The Hotel was so clean this is very improtant to us. It was also really nice and warm when you came in from the cold. There was loads of roasting hot water to have baths yet again excellant for when you come in out of the cold. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Very pleasent experience. Would definately go again

We booked a driver from the hotel to pick us up which was an excellant service however the driver that picked us up scared the life out of us with his driving. He was speeding myself and my husband had a very quite drive to the hotel! He was very pleasent and helpful if he had just slowed down a bit. If you didnt get to the breakfast early enough alot of the food was gone or cold however they were constantly replacing it but sometimes not in enough time. Waiter was lovely also and friendly.The only other problem we faced was the surrounding aread, shops etc has little or no english, there was a big shopping centre a few minutes away and even a Tescos but the people had no english so proved difficult for ordering food or even reading food menus, there was a mac D, so at least you could guess your way around the menu. However when you crossed the bridge all english speaking. An amazing place would definately go again

A little far from the train station or the long distance bus station. Few shops around it.

Welcoming efficient friendly great room

Good location nice and quiet, good staff, clean and very contemporary. Good breakfast and staff and area.

Would have liked some facilities, steam room, jacuzzi, sauna, some entertainment, would have been nice.

Well equipped quite room, nice small bar, very kind and helpull staff, breakfast.

Maybe a parking could be little bit closer, the rest was Ok.

The staff was great and the hotel was very nice. Loved the Red and Blue theme too.. Breakfast was great..

Excellent value for money. Small, clean hotel with responsive staff. Rooms are quiet and of a very good size. Reasonably close to the center.
