Me and my partner had the best night away in RRC. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, room spacious and very clean, the spa area was spotless and very relaxing . We both loved it and already have been planning our next stay.

Velmi solidní chování portýrů.Oba páni byli špičkový.Perfektní číšník. Zbytek totální hrůza.Při příjezdu se zeptala recepční v pětihvězdičkovém hotelu v kolik hodin přijdeme na snídani ,aby kuchař nemusel chodit moc brzo,že jsme sami na hotelu.Objednaný jsme měli pokoj s balkónem a ubytovali nás v podkrovním pokoji bez balkónu,když jsme protestovali,tak nám bylo sděleno recepční,že máme nestandartní požadavek a že pokoj s balkónem je rezervovaný pro hosty,kteří přijedou druhý den.Tak jsme se rozhodli odejít.Na parkovišti nás doběhl portýr,ať se vrátíme,že nám dají pokoj který jsme si rezervovali.Slečna v recepci musela mít poslední slovo,hubatá,nepříjemná.Až do druhého dne nám z této situace nebylo dobře,museli jsme odjet.Hotel RRC Hluboká už nikdy !!!!!!!
