From the moment we arrived through to our departure (05.00am!) we were treated like royalty. Staff, from maids to managers were polite and very friendly throughout. Will definately return. |

everything floor rugs in hotel rooms were easily slid acroos the floor,bit of a hazard really but apart from that it was by far the best most beautiful hotel i have ever stayed in |

the hotel has a very grand feel,and quite luxurious we booked two rooms,our daughters room was just fine ,how ever our room had a party wall which had no sound proofing we could hear the next rooms telly,conversation,which spoilt our opinion of the hotel,a lot of monies ,for a disturbed 2 nights sleep |

With One Word: Perfect!! We stayed our Honeymoon at the hotel's suite. Everything was soooo clean, the staff really nice and helpful, it felt that they were there just for You! Also the Spa was excellent (the best we've visited!). Also the restaurant, and the breakfast: Excellent! Everything was Perfect! |

A superb hotel. The decoration, ambience, comfort and friendliness and efficiency of staff all made this a really memorable stay and one we would like to repeat sometime. Excellent restaurant and pianist during dinner and a large selection for breakfast in addition to a menu if the buffet does not have what one wants. Only that they have not learnt to stop the time flying by so fast!! |

This hotel looks like a museum with all these ornaments and furnishing in the baroque style. Everything is perfect for relaxation, everybody is friendly but most of all the hotel in itself is superbe. The pool was way too small from what I've expected; one can hardly swim in it:) and the breakfast buffet is not very diversified ; I would have expected more from a 5 star hotel from this point of vue. |
