年末から年始の4日間滞在したが、ホテルの中での新年パーティが明け方近くまで続き、大音量の音楽、パーテ- ィに出入りする酔っ払いの宿泊客の大声には本当に閉口した。パーティルームの近くの部屋に宿泊となり、小さ- な子どもをつれていたので、ヘビーメタル系の音楽の音量を小さくするか、別のデラックスルームに部屋を変え- て欲しいと頼んだが、”新年のパーティだから仕方がない”、”空室もない（ウェブ上では6室の空室ありと表- 示）”ということで取り合ってもくれなかった。また、表示されていたウェルカムドリンクなどのサービスもな- かった。子どもは寝不足で翌日、発熱し、散々な新年となった。 ニューイヤーパーティのヘビーメタル系の大音量といい、部屋のドアの開け閉めの音、足音（隣室、上階）、隣- 部屋の話し声などが響き、騒音に関する設備が脆弱と感じた。また、クレームに対する応対が慇懃無礼で、とて- も不愉快だった。 |

Almost everything was perfect. Staff was super friendly and professional!! Beautiful interiors, every detail was taken care of. Super!!! The room could be more spacey (it was deluxe)... Other than that - nothing. |

We were upgraded to a fantastic room and this was offered by the hotel. Thank you. We felt that food and drink was overpriced and therefore did not eat or drink in often. We did not eat at all there which was a pity |

Above all we appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff, together with the beauty and comforts of the structure. Thanks to that we spent a marvellous holiday. The only thing that we could underline is a breakfast offer, in our opinion, not perfectly corresponding to what it is expected by a 5-stars hotel; |

When we stayed at the Alchymist Grand Hotel and Spa both my husband and i thought it was total luxury. The staff where extremely friendly and catered to all our needs. We both would recommend the hotel to family and friends. It was quite expensive but worth it the only negatitive comment i would have is that i thought the room could have been a bit bigger as we had booked the deluxe suite. Also even though there was an extensive breakfast selection my husband and i found it difficult to find much we liked. |

From the moment we arrived through to our departure (05.00am!) we were treated like royalty. Staff, from maids to managers were polite and very friendly throughout. Will definately return. |

the hotel has a very grand feel,and quite luxurious we booked two rooms,our daughters room was just fine ,how ever our room had a party wall which had no sound proofing we could hear the next rooms telly,conversation,which spoilt our opinion of the hotel,a lot of monies ,for a disturbed 2 nights sleep |

With One Word: Perfect!! We stayed our Honeymoon at the hotel's suite. Everything was soooo clean, the staff really nice and helpful, it felt that they were there just for You! Also the Spa was excellent (the best we've visited!). Also the restaurant, and the breakfast: Excellent! Everything was Perfect! |
